I was able to get a playable ghost. My widower's wife died(by altering the hunger need accidentally) and now I have her as a ghost, the husband works at the Science facility too, and he got the opportunity 2-3 days after moving to a new lot.

I for one think we should stay with houses, since they are so easy to modify, yet some comm lots have to have EPs, as in Pet stores require the Pets EP and restaraunts Require Nightlife or Open For Business, so houses are better, loads of people can do that.

@Erry. I do like the look of your house. There's one bit with the corner window I'm going to pinch. I found it a bit hard to see the interior though, you are zoomed quite a way out and it's hard to see the detail. Well, would you like interior shots? :p
