That one allowed you to sun-folder skins and other files that were previously not allowed.  I even sub-folder sims in my saved sims folder when I don't want them to show up in the CAS sim bin.

I don't see why, for some things that's the only way to delete cc unless you can identify it in your Downloads folder.  My downloads folder isn't awesome enough to contain preview pics of each file so that I can identify them though.

My loading time is 10 minutes, I wouldn't complain about that after having 40 minute load times. My ex played a completely vanilla game because he liked the almost instant loading time.  Maybe it's a male thing.

You don't have to move anything just rename the EA Games folder to EA Games-XX or something and start the game, a new folder will be created.

No, NPCs are generated when you create the neighbrhood unless you have empty templates.  My latest neighborhood was created with empty templates and all I have done for a week is place lots and renovate them.  Guess how many character files I have so far?  None, my character folder is empty.

So I guess I wont mention that it seems to be loading faster than it has in the past.  Oh wait I just did.

That's odd because I have seen two different landlords in one neighborhood but I seem to see the lady landlord at more apartments than the male.  He must only be landlord of only one apartment lot, that's all I have seen him

I go by the same rule.  I don't have anything in my game that is named with just random letters and numbers even if it is just a recolor.

Yes they have a copy from each parents.  I make sims in CAS by making two throwaway sims first and then deleting them when I create their child.  One time one of the throwaway parents had purple eyes.  The purple eyes showed up later in one of the children born in game. 

I thought the processor requirement was 2.0ghz or 2.4ghz depending on your video card.
