I'm not a he. I thought my name sounded feminine enough. It's the verb 'to die' in Italian creatively mispelt. I've also gone by 'Lady Moryrie,' 'Mademoiselle Moryrie', and Elizadeath.

Very creatively indeed. Not quite sure how "Moryrie" is meant to represent a word (morire) which rhymes with day.

Helpful, but insufficient. The types of changes that can be made are the problem, ultimately, not the magnitudes.

Thank you so much for these face templates Cheesy  Are we to understand that since The Sims 3 is out, you are abandoning this project?

Yes, and unless something can be done about the horrifying sliders in TS3, I'm going to stick to building from now on.

Attention, Pescado! I have fifty smacks sitting in my Paypal account with your name on them, and all you have to do is create a subforum for discussions of the Filthy Liberal Media! Imagine how much more meaningful canning would be if retards could only press their noses to the glass of such discussions. Imagine the possibilities!

HERE IS A HANDY PLACE TO REPORT BUGS RESULTING FROM AWESOMEMOD

The bug report thread exists for a reason, and the reason is that it is ineffecient and undesirable to shit up the rest of the forum with these bug reports.
6  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Type resetallwants to fix your broken wants, you morons on: 2009 August 31, 06:45:27
Really? You couldn't have posted this question in the other thread, the thread about wants not being fulfilled, the thread that was one day old? REALLY?

Oh, roffle, those are good. Though the Ellapudding is lacking a certain je-ne-sais-boob.

Oh, hells yes. Leader in the female category as far as I'm concerned.
9  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / World of Puddings / Re: Pudding Iggy on: 2009 June 23, 17:35:08
Nice pudding Iggy.  I have moved her in with Nailati in my hood.  You have a nice little cottage together.  The rest is  up to you.

Oh, say. We all know I'm down with the redheads. *yoink*

on that note, is it me or does alot of stuff seem about half done?  i love that theres a little bio card run down in the relationship menu, and i think its cool that you have to make your sim ferret the info out.  however, if our sims have wishes to 'cook so-and-so's favorite food' shouldnt their favorite food be listed on that card?  how am i supposed to know?  i dont examine every speech bubble and write this stuff down.  Similarly collecting seems pretty lacking.  wtf are we supposed to do with the metals and gems?  theyre not even pretty.  why would i want to display them?  maybe if i had a display case...  same deal with fishing.  i dont want 40 tiny fish bowls.  plus i think its a little cruel to keep a 10lb salmon in a tiny goldfish bowl - even if it is a lazily described extra dimensional whatever-the-hell.

i hate u

I've had this happen with guitar playing. All in-game sounds were muted, but my speakers were on so I could listen to iTunes, and sometimes--but not always--the guitar would be audible anyhow. Weird.
12  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / World of Puddings / Re: Kewian the TS3 Version on: 2009 June 14, 12:47:06
And the circle is complete.
13  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / World of Puddings / Re: Kewian the TS3 Version on: 2009 June 14, 02:43:18
Also, I find it difficult to believe (if I just automagically thought of it independent of the #grah view, which I did not know at the time) that Aggie and Kewian did not foresee the "ghost husband" idea, nor Rhayden's "unlucky criminal" idea.  These would have seemed fairly obvious to me.  So, if this usage was undesirable, why post the Kewianspouse sim?

In order to get negative attention and then be able to whine about it, naturally.
14  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Is it only my sims, or they all actually like to flirt with anything that moves? on: 2009 June 11, 15:21:39
I wish my sims would do some autonomous flirting.

We are not headed for a population explosion.  I can see that.

Word. I've got a town full of elders because no one's getting it on.
15  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / World of Puddings / Re: Sim Tigerlilley TS3 on: 2009 June 11, 14:40:38
It looks like you measured one of the dark shadow spots. Measure from one of the light spots!

I know it looks like that, but trust me, I used the light bits. Try it yourself with that photo.

The thing is that the colors overall in the game are quite bright and saturated, so colors dropped in from an average amateur photo are going to tend to look washed out in comparison.

Ooh, nice job of avoiding the pudding.

pancake bunny

Poorly lit photo.

RGB values plugged into game.
18  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / World of Puddings / Re: Sim Tigerlilley TS3 on: 2009 June 10, 03:11:10
I have no idea what that means. Same RGB values = same color, no?

Yes, but the color in the photo does not necessarily equal the color of the object. Think of how bluish webcam photos tend to be, for instance. If the photo is properly color-balanced and the lighting conditions aren't extreme this won't be a problem. Otherwise, the options are to either fix the colors in Photochop/Gimp/whatever, or tweak them in the game.
19  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / World of Puddings / Re: Sim Tigerlilley TS3 on: 2009 June 09, 14:53:17
I find the color wheel almost impossible to control with any degree of accuracy. (Is it just me, or does the selection circle almost always "jump" slightly when clicked on?) I make an estimate using the swatches or the wheel and then adjust by increments in the RGB panel, usually starting with increments of 10.

First, you take a picture of your hair at close range with the camera. Then you open up MSPAINT. You take the eyedropper tool and snarf the RGB values from the picture. Then you enter those values into the game. Voila!

This is a good start, but the RGB values will still almost certainly have to be adjusted manually due to lighting/color cast (especially if you use a webcam).

That is the best hair color on the planet.

I've always had a girlcrush on Marhis, but it's just not the same without the shaggy cat.

As for fugly sim chicks...  It occured to me, they all look like Thora Birch.

They remind me more of Kelly Osbourne. Or perhaps an unholy lovechild of the two.

I actually find both Kelly and Thora visually interesting, but I detest being limited to one specific sort of look, regardless of what that look is.

The color-wheel system is one of the things I really love, though it does raise questions about how CC will be possible.

Lip controls are the worst. THE WORST. If you try to make any shape other than sneer-mouth they go all weird. Impossible to do a cupid's bow.
