I noticed that too when EA "updated" that set. I didn't think it was worth pointing it out. When the set first came out, the chair was ok & the teen fish dress was missing the stencils that the adult version has. EA "updated" the set and I took out the old one and replaced it with the new version (package of course) and when I got into my game, I tried out the chair (I heard reports that your sim couldn't sit in it) and sure enough my sim couldn't use it. So, I put back the 1st version, took out that messed up teen dress in that package, & bought the fixed version by itself. I figure EA isn't going to look into it. They might if enough people report it, but, even so, it would take several weeks for them to fix it and re-release it.

According to SimGuruMegan, they fixed the wrong thumbnail for picnic table (in buy mode) & missing stencils to the Drifter's Desire Set and the extra chair issue to the Mid Century Modern Dining & Style Set - could simmeremma redownload the Drifter's Desire Set and reupload it and beansontoast redownload the Mid Century Modern Dining & Style Set and reupload it please?

kissing_toast, SimGuruSarah has a thread at the Sims site about the updates to the magic items. Here is what she says about that "I'm here to tell you about how the The Sims 3 Supernatural is going to enhance existing magic items that are available on The Sims 3 Store! These items will not be included in Supernatural, but if you've purchased them from the Store, you'll get the benefits of these special effects" - I took it that if you had those items, the benefits are already there in Supernatural and all you have to do is install the EP.

Here is the new Date Night set and one of the new Medieval SimPoint Bundles - it's the square wood endtable (the name is Warehouse Crate). I got it for buying $10 points. There are 12 more items (2 single beds, dining chair, loveseat, sofa, coffeetable, 4 diningtables, and 2 sculptures). Here is the 4Shared link - http://www.4shared.com/rar/dhYkVCxZ/August_2012_Update.html and here is the MediaFire link - http://www.mediafire.com/?d9hil1l3o4ma31h. Just a note: According to Crinrict's Sims 3 Help Blog, the Barrelcraft Food Table & the Bar + Bolt Meal chair are part of the $20 SimPoint Bundle, the Granite Magus of the Vociferation (the wizard statue), Aarbyville Dragon Table, Wiccenculata low table with runner, Bar & Bolt Supper Table, & the Badge-Shield of the Defeated are part of the $40 SimPoint Bundle, & the Fortress of Lonely Dreams (single bed) & the Lord LionBowel Feasting Slab (dining table) are part of the $80 SimPoint Bundle. The Sofa, Single Wiccenculta Bed, & Love Seat are unknown which SimPoint Bundle they are in.

No, it's not just you - I've only tried wishing for love with one person - I had my girl I created wish for love and twice I got a female - the first was a elder female and the second was young adult female. I got out of my game without saving came back had my girl wish for love again and this time I got a guy. It'd be great if it worked like Virgali said - the wishing well choosing a partner based on your sim's sexual preference.

Wojtek, You need an English translation on your blog. I was curious as to what other conversions you've done since leaving MTS and I checked out your blog, but, it's hard to check out what conversions you've done if I can't read Polish.

Just confirming what KT said is right - I tested it out, and I put the laptop in the middle and sure enough he sat in the wrong chair and his arms are stretched out to use the laptop. Funny though. I do actually have it legit. I never knew there was this problem. I always have a desk for my sims' computers. Can EA ever make anything without there being something wrong with it? My guess is probably not.

I didn't know you could change the oil in the deep fryer. I'll keep having my sim use it and see if the oil will need changing or not. Just to note that I've never had a problem with the deep fryer. I'm guessing you mean you need to know if the sim still resets when using it?

The phone & tablet work in my game as well - in fact, I've never had a problem with the phone. When I first downloaded the phone, it didn't work & I uninstalled it & reinstalled it and it's worked since. First thing I did when I put the new goth set in my game is tested it both then and when you updated your fix. Everything works like it should.

It is - I had read about this at the forum on the Sims site that got posted up with pictures and how many times you have to use Simport for your sim and hosting someone's sim. The guide mentioned this stuff when using Simport.

Claeric, according to the Prima Guide when you SimPort your sim in someone's game so many times for each career, you unlock something from the costumes & stage props. When you Simport someone's sim in your game so many times for each career, you unlock something else from the costumes & stage props. When you complete all 90 achievements, you get something. Sounds like a waste of time to me.
