Witchboy, it belongs just to the Spooky clothes in that rar file.

I just have one question - I hope somebody can answer it - how do you enable hair for elders?  Edit:  Knightguy, I downloaded your 3 hairs.  I purchased that afcornrowbeads - which I was going to enable it for elders before I posted.  I looked at it in SimsPE and it says its for elders too, but, when I looked at it in bodyshop, for the elders it's the straight hair.  I had an adult female sim with that hair and when I made her an elder, that hair was the straight hair.  I have no idea what to do.  I'll go ahead and upload the hair and somebody with knowledge can enable it for elders.

Here's the link for the afcornrowbeads hair - http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?1vdn0gosrty

Edit: Thanks Knightguy for enabling it for elders.  I don't think I could have figured it out - one of these days I need to learn how to do stuff like that.

Thanks so much Havelock.  I got a response - here's what they said: "Response (Yves M.) 09/03/2008 11:35 AM Hello,

Thank you for updating Electronic Arts Technical Support. I understand that one of the items you purchased from The Sims 2 Store has corrupted graphics.

Please try re-downloading the item by performing this procedure:
- Please make sure that the game is not running and you are logged out of EA Download
- Open My Documents
- Open EA Games
- There should be a 'The Sims 2 Store Edition' folder; Please rename that to anything.
- Login to your EA Download Manager; It should start downloading the items again
- Start The Sims 2 Store Edition to start the game

Should you require further assistance about this or any Electronic Arts game in the future, please visit our website and review our extensive Self Help Knowledgebase (http://support.ea.com).

Thanks,

Yves
EA Technical Support"

I love the way they made it sound like the fault lies with me.  I sent the report back in with this response and saying that it isn't my fault and they have to fix the chair - I'm suppose to get a response within 24 hours.  I'll post what they say when I get another response.  This is so frustrating.

Edit:  Since Richief uploaded the missing texture, I told EA I didn't need and answer to my question.
179  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Stuff on: 2008 September 03, 07:04:16
I agree with you Dudeus - it's frustrating that they expect everybody to pay for their crap that's messed up.

Edit:  I just now contacted them and mentioned to them that the chair is messed up.  I took a picture of it in the game just as proof.  As soon as I get a response, I'll let everybody know what they said.  They better fix it.
180  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Stuff on: 2008 September 03, 04:17:32
The cubic chair is messed up in my game too - I'd fix that texture that's missing, but, I don't know how to fix it - I hope somebody who knows what to do could.

Edit:  I tried fixing the chair and I have no idea how to.  Hope somebody who knows what to do could.

Thanks Cerridwen - my daughter was saying she wanted those 3 hairstyles.  I'm going to buy the 4 Lord of the Night suits for Adult Males and the 5 Bride of the Night dresses for Adult females.

Here are the new Spooky objects at The Sims 2 Store - 17 total - I bought all 17 - it wouldn't let me upload the rar file here.  Here's the link http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?g26mgx9csga - I hope they don't update The Sims 2 Store anymore.  Maybe they won't after The Sims 3 is out.
184  Awesomeware / The Armory / Re: Unofficial AL Patch - Assorted Fixes on: 2008 September 02, 08:07:02
They did?  I didn't think about checking under hobbies/recreation.  Well, I wonder why they decided to move it - not much telling.  I stopped trying to figure out EA/Maxis along time ago.  So, I suppose my post about the swing can be ignored.
185  Awesomeware / The Armory / Re: Unofficial AL Patch - Assorted Fixes on: 2008 September 02, 08:00:25
Just a little bit ago, I noticed that after Apartment Life is installed that the kids swing disappears from buy mode (it's called the Swing Kidz Deluxe).  My youngest daughter was playing Apartment Life on our other computer and I just at the time happened to be playing my game with just Freetime installed and I noticed that I still had that swing.  I was hoping that could be restored in J.M.'s awesome assorted fix patch.

Edit - Nevermid - KLGFCG explained on where the swing is located in the game now (I didn't know they moved it).
186  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Ship in a Bottle and Jade Dragon Sculptures unlocked ( AL required, may need FT) on: 2008 September 02, 01:28:54
Thanks Havelock - I would have never noticed them hidden in the game files.

I also downloaded his re-updated tvs.  I'll look at my game this time and see if I notice a blue sreen on the Deztv.

Edit: I see what you mean.  A light blue screen in the picture in buymode.  I didn't really notice when I downloaded both tvs.  Thanks Knightguy for the fix - ya, shocker it was something EA/Maxis did.
188  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Decustomized and Updated Maxis Official Objects/Clothing (Updated 2008-08-22) on: 2008 September 01, 05:09:47
Thanks Knightguy - I also tested it in Uni before I uploaded it just to make sure they could write their term paper.  You mean a blue screen on the picture in buy mode or when you add it to your sims house?  I checked it in my daughter's game in one of her houses and I didn't notice a blue screen.
189  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Decustomized and Updated Maxis Official Objects/Clothing (Updated 2008-08-22) on: 2008 September 01, 04:23:20
I was re-reading L.D.'s tutorial on updating computers and it says "Computers are one of those "exceptions" that I mentioned earlier. As of FT, pie menus of computers are handled in semi-global level. No need to fiddle with TTAB and TTAs, as they're now only vestigial. Once updated for FT, I expect that computers will remain compatible with Apartment Life as well".  Here is the link to the tutorial I followed: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=1953068#post1953068 - according to the tutorial, no need to fiddle with TTAB's.  Again, if I did something wrong, point it out. I'm new at updating stuff.  I thought I'd give it a try and save somebody time and update it myself.
190  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Decustomized and Updated Maxis Official Objects/Clothing (Updated 2008-08-22) on: 2008 September 01, 04:08:27
I thought I had followed L.D.'s tutorial right - this is the first time I've updated a computer.  I updated a bunch of custom content I had alright.  Since this computer didn't get updated, I thought I'd give it a try.  Someone with experience could fix it if I didn't do something right - it looked/worked ok in the game (I don't have Apartment Life installed yet).

Here's the bonus shirt and hoodie without the custom star - it shows up with the base game clothes - for some reason it won't let me upload the rar file here.  Here's the link  http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?zjdk6cjhs4a

Here's the GlowStation computer updated if anybody wants it.  Edit:  If anybody is wondering, the computer works fine and I actually updated it correctly.
193  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Decustomized and Updated Maxis Official Objects/Clothing (Updated 2008-08-22) on: 2008 August 31, 19:38:59
I followed Lord Dacry's tutorial on updating computers and I updated that Glow Station computer.  I checked it in-game to see if things were right.  And as far as I know it is.  If anybody wants it, I'll be glad to post it.  Just let me know.
194  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Decustomized and Updated Maxis Official Objects/Clothing (Updated 2008-08-22) on: 2008 August 30, 06:42:47
I checked that bonus computer (GlowStation) in-game and sure enough it needs updating.  Thought I'd go ahead and mention it.
195  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Decustomized and Updated Maxis Official Objects/Clothing (Updated 2008-08-22) on: 2008 August 28, 02:46:17
Thanks Knightguy - I'm getting Apartment Life tomorrow.  Although I'm not installing it until I know it's safe to install.  I hope it doesn't need 3 patches like Freetime did.  That was a mess.
196  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Ramen Fix on: 2008 August 25, 03:24:12
Funny how I didn't even notice this.  You have good eye sight L.D. - thanks for the fix - without your fixes for EA/Maxis screw-ups, I'd have quit playing the game along time ago.  You're the greatest.
197  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Stuff on: 2008 July 09, 23:06:39
I don't think it matters - I don't know why the MB size is different.  As long as the clothing is the same in both rar's, I don't think it matters which of the 2 rar's you install.  I installed my rar on my daughter's computer for her Sims 2 game and everything showed up.
198  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Stuff on: 2008 July 09, 21:40:59
Mine is AllTheSims2StoreNewClothes.rar - that's all the new clothes.  The SC_Hair_Outfits.package and the SCSkins.package is  just what somebody posted with the outfits they got in it.  Both have different clothes in them.  Hope that helps.
199  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Stuff on: 2008 July 04, 22:11:46
Here are all the new outfits - I have all these in my game - the 3 Cleopatra outfits show up in formal only.  Here is the link:

Finally, I have the rest of the outifts.  I've been trying for the last 15 minutes to get them to upload.  I gave up and got a mediafire account and uploaded them there.  I checked in bodyshop and all 9 showed up.  Let me know if there is a problem.
