Thanks Clara - I got it - I didn't realize that it was by itself in the zip files.

I'm not seeing the unlocked stencils for the screen in the game - I noticed on the date of both decrapified and unmodified that it was the same as before - July 4th - I replaced just the Asian unmodified stencil and no change - just the door has the extra stencils unlocked.  The screen doesn't.

I finally got it - not only did I have to have the unmodified version of the Castle, both Animal Sets, & the Asian Fusion, but, I had to download the unmodified stencils for those sets (including the Storybook) and the 2 Sports I had to download the decrapified stencils and now all the stencils works.  I was about to give up when I finally got it.

After reading Datch's last post, Exangel did recategorize some of the store sets.  So I bet that's where my problem is too - I might redo the Castle Interior Set, Animals Set, Asian Fusion, and the Storybook myself and redownload your stencils and see what happens, but, I bet that's what the problem is.

Edit: I downloaded Exangel's unedited versions of the Castle Interior, Animals, & Asian Fusion (I already had an unedited Storybook), downloaded the decrapified version, and nothing works.  The Sports is ok though.  I'll just stick to the Sports I guess.

I'm having the same problem - I installed the decrapified version and put it in a folder named Overrides that was mentioned and I added the line mentioned to my Rescource.cfg.  When I got into the game (I downloaded all the stencils), I had items without thumbnails and I couldn't select it.  I noticed that the soccer end table, the autographed photo painting,  and the helmet had the unlocked stencils.  The Animals wall light had 2 thumbnails (both had pictures) and one had the unlocked stencils and the other didn't same for the Animals desk.  The castle set didn't have the unlocked stencils and there was another one without a thumbnail and I couldn't select it.  I didn't check the Storybook set or the Asian Fusion.

Edit:  I have all the store stuff in .packages.  June 2009 - Feb. 2010 are Exangel's .packages.

This is weird - I spent the 25 points and bought the festive fencing separate, installed it, and started up my game.  When I got into a house, I noticed not only did I have the sims3pack file of the festive fencing, but, the .package of the festive fencing was showing up.  I got out of my game, uninstalled the sims3pack file of the festive fencing and started up my game.  I got into a house, and I noticed now the .package of the festive fencing wasn't showing up anymore.  I don't understand.

I downloaded Trinity's sims3pack file of the Romanza Wedding and converted it myself into a .package and I noticed that the festive fencing wasn't in the game - I think EA didn't put the fence in the set - like that Fanciful Fashions Set - there were suppose to be 3 pairs of high heels and only 2 were in the set.

I'd be interested in a populated version - I love your neighborhood.

I installed this new patch on my game and my youngest daughter's game.  No problems.  It's EA's bigger patches you have to worry about.  I guess they are releasing smaller patches instead of a big one that will create more bugs.

I can get the 850 one and I'll have 225 points left over, which isn't enough to buy anything else except the 100 one.  That means someone else or several others could get the 950, the 450, and the 100.  The Valentine set is free, but, it could be posted up.

I've followed Coconnor's step in making TS3 store stuff and other CC to show up and it did.  Just to test things, I downloaded a sims3pack file and it installed fine, but, it's not showing up in the game.  I downloaded a pattern from the exchange and a kid's nursery from Parsimonious.  I'm lost here.  Any help would be appreciated.

After you do what Coconnor said to get your stuff to show up in game and you download something and have to use the Launcher to install it, is there anything you have to do first before trying to install it through the launcher?

Riverview is still in my game - I didn't have to reinstall it.  Actually, it's my daughter's game.  I haven't installed the World Adventures or the newest patch yet in my game.

I have 925 points I was thinking about buying the whole set since it's on sale.  And I'll run it through the compressorizer and upload it to my Mediafire account.

Thanks for fixing it Havelock - I don't know if I would ever have noticed.  I don't use the fireplaces much.  Nothing EA does surprises me anymore.  But, with TS3, I thought they might have gotten smarter considering all the problems with their TS2 Store objects and such.

Thanks Kaliban for this fix - I did try it and it only works with new games.  No big deal though.  Will come in handy if I ever start my neighborhoods over.

Thanks Kaliban - good find - It seems like my game has that same problem - I never paid too much attention though.  I'll put this in my game and test it out. 

I've been reading all 4 pages since I have the same saving issue - it took Riverview about 18-20 minutes to save and quit.  I've noticed it takes Riverview too long to save.  I was wondering what Sacred household and Supreme Commander are?  I'm guessing both have something to do with the Awesome Mod?

Knightguy, I plan on it.  I hope they don't overload their Sims 3 Store with alot of objects.  Hubby already spent $70 for The Sims 3 Complete Collection.  I was kinda mad when I found out they planned on a Sims 3 Store.  According to my husband, he read that instead of stuff packs for The Sims 3, they are going to put it in The Sims 3 store instead.  Well, hopefully we can do what we did with their Sims 2 store.  Buy and share.  I know I can't afford to get everything at once. 

Edit: Lerf, I've never had problems using the 2 new baby items.  I have all stuff packs and all EPs.  I can't say what your problem is unless you don't have Apartment Life or Mansions and Gardens.

I had points left over - I got it.  I'm fixing to put it up for download on Mediafire.  I never noticed that plant.  I doubt I would of ever thought to check either.

I'm having trouble downloading the Jeanette Biedermann black recolors.  I can click on the Mediafire link ok, but, when I click on "Click here to start download", it says Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage. 

Edit:  It still says Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage.  I hope it can get fixed.

There are still some empty packages.  Check clean installer to find the empty ones.   I was just looking at them with clean installer and there were quite a few and they will need to be redownloaded.
