Does using the Staff of Life break galactic code? Because it certainly destroys all Grox colonies on a planet. I haven't tried it on a non-Grox inhabited world yet though.

Make sure your MATY hacks are up to date, and try loading up the game without the other hacks, just to check and see if there's a conflict. 

 The game-hangs-on-save-after-clearing-gossip thing happened to me, but only after I also had witches in the family. I cleared gossip once before and saved fine, after making two witches and clearing gossip saving the game froze my computer. And of course I only remembered I oughtn't have done that after it happened.

It was Socialus, it was fixed in p1, some sims just have bad luck finding their last (whatever bug).

That's normal. there's an option to disable it somewhere in the graphics options - it's called "x-ray cursor," and it is actually useful if you need to find newspapers under the snow, or things like that.

Because it bundles in the SecuROM several other fixes that ought to have been fixed years ago for other EPs?

I'm sticking with the first patch, now that my sim can catch all the butterflies I don't really care about the other problems.

Or a more bendable mop. I guess the one she's got up there makes her grumpy.

Do you have a stuck invisible fire outside? I know I've had a couple since FT got installed. Not on a lot with a servo yet, I don't know if it wakes them up.

That would explain why out of 16 conceptions to family aspiration sims, I got 0 twins at conception. I just assumed it was broken and fed everyone with that reward cheesecake...

"Woohoo in closet" accidentally allows "woohoo in wardrobe/dresser."  A patch is released to correct this which disallows all interaction with dressers. 

In that case, the correct response is to format the drive and fix it. And restrict his access so he can't reinfect it.

Inge has a nifty hack that allows toddlers to leave the crib on their own, it might help you. Or make your problem worse.
