1  TS4: The Pee-ening / Insert Amusing Name Here / Re: Sims 4 Annoyance & Problem Thread. on: 2014 September 06, 01:29:27
Family trees seem to be a thing of past for some reason, it's immediate household only, you don't seem to be able to see the previous generations

Make teens shorter, why do they suddenly need to be the same size as the adults

Normal careers

More available empty lots to build on

stop the appliances breaking once every few days and all at the same time

When they're sad, make it so that it doesn't take them 2 hours to eat a meal

A way to change the first name once the sim is out there in the game

stop the Zzzz when they're asleep ... and for goodness sake stop them laughing in their sleep

Stop the singing in the shower, it's like a broken record, the same thing over and over and over again!

More realistic wages otherwise they will never afford the 300+ weekly bills, and that's just a small starter home with bare minimum cheap furniture

Get rid of ... being forced to walk like a gorilla when slightly tired.

This, 100 times over!

well, I just can't wait to get my copy of the game so I can register and be able to download all the gorgeous stuff already on the exchange. How any of us are going to be able to play our games without that amazing cow car and matching cow statue I just do not know  Shocked

I have just exhausted my supply of eyebleach, does anyone know of anywhere I can get it in bulk?!

The group razor released a more current version of Sims 3. This one I believe is the final version that was sent to stores and was the same version that went gold. Maybe.
If anyone has the Razor one, please give game version. The final apparently is 1.0.631.00107. It appears to be gone from NewTorrent.

stupid, stupid question, but where do you look to see which version it is? Does it tell you in a file or do you need to install it and find it in game somewhere?

No idea whether it's for real, but there it is for those who care.

you can also install your downloads "on the fly", ie: as the game is running and use them immediately, at least as far as lots and sims. I was able to add another "world" by copying the sunsetvalley file to the downloaded worlds folder, but the name remained the same even though I changed the file name.

did it work though?

I was hoping that Crazetex's download could be added as an actual world so that you got the choice of it in the drop down when starting a new game, but it said there was a serious error and to restart, so it's not going to be as easy as that. An extra neighbourhood must need extra info or files

the problem, vikitty, is that there's not a lot in there! 5 kitchen counters, 15 sofas/loveseats - bare minimum of stuff

I guess I'm just digustingly spoilt for choice with Sims 2 with all the fantastic custom meshes and whatnot out there, but I want MOAR choice

I love the pics.  Thanks everyone.  With the reports of limited items and difficult to navigate catalogs it would be neat to see pics of the catalogs and stuff. Anyone?

buy mode by category:

buy mode by room:

I prefer it by category for buy mode - a lot less cartoony and easier to work with!

There is no exe file in the crack folder. Only the launcher and the app to generate the key. There is however, a TS3.exe file in the 'bin' folder. Is this the one you were referring to?

There should be the keygen file and a TS3.exe in the crack folder - that TS3.exe is the one that you need (look at the properties and the cracked one was modified 21.05.09 - if you have one from April, that is EA one and will be the one asking for registration)

Triple sSs at insim put up instructions on changing the music http://www.insimenator.net/showthread.php?t=35328

don't think it changes the screen, but at least you can pick which EP music you want
12  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: FT no CD-Crack on: 2008 March 01, 08:28:58
no, I thought that, but when I got TSS I still had to have the BV disc in

Thankyou Zazazu for the link to game copy world, it's the only way I've been able to get the damn thing to load, you have saved my sanity!
13  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Does this sound like a SecuROM side effect? on: 2007 October 06, 07:25:34
I use Kaspersky, have for a long while now, and I have never heard of this. I run all the games without problem. The only thing Kaspersky did when I would install a new EP would be to pop up the anti-hacker box asking if I would allow or block internet access - have always, always blocked it and never had a problem.

You need to do some investigating as this isn't normal - if you're stuck, get some tech help from the Kaspersky guys
