I've gotten myself stucked with building.  I usually keep track of my designs and things in a book,  but i've lost my book.

And I'm a sucker for collecting pictures of sets, printing them in glorious colour and putting them in another book so i can compare kitchens and living rooms.

BTW: Thank you Parsimonius, VitaSims and some other random places for making complete house sets and themed rooms.  I would never get by without you.

On the Parsimonius stuff - 90% of my stuff's from there... not the clothing so much, but a lot of the furnature sets.  There are some things that leave you in a state of "WTF" but most of it is pretty good.

I'm not keen on the "winter wood" and very green sets, but two sets that I personally LOVE are the mobius dining and oxygen kitchen sets from Kate.

Oh, I also nominate any sims2 download site or tutorial page without english translations. DO.NOT.WANT.

Wow!  I wasn't expecting the demand.

I won't be home for a day or so, so I'll post up my house when I get home. 
I might even do a CC version and a more elaborate version, just to make the pool work a little better and theme the lighting.


Would it be OK to include CC if I give credit where credit is due?  Most of my stuff is from free sites.

For some reason, my first post never worked.


I didn't go overboard with my house - kept it simple because my computer is struggling with all the expansions.
No stuff packs.

2 kids rooms, 1 master room.
kitchen with lockable door, living room/dining/study is all open plan.
visitor bathroom downstairs and two bathrooms upstairs.

The pool isn't very usable in the way of slides or diving boards, but it's long enough that it'll raise body points.
Entertainment area is there generally as a way of filling gaps.

Outside of the house, pool side.


Entertainment area - basket ball hoop, bbq, fire, swing, etc.


Ground floor.  it's very open-plan, with closed off kitchen to stop hungry guests.


Top floor.  3 bedrooms with bathrooms.

It's not the most impressive, but it's small, simple and you can't really *lose* a sim in it.

I'm gonna give the negative memory one a shot.  I tried the insane asylum one, didn't finish it but i'll go back to it.

I have no patience for a lot of the macro stuff now... I used to be able to play for hours straight, but now even half an hour makes me wince.

Lets see if I can make it 50 days without killing my sims *too* badly...
