I also think the snacks need removing, and change flapjacks to Vienna Sausages (Another name for hotdogs, so they don't overwrite the other hotdogs.)
Edit: I just realized the hotdogs are the same, so you might as well disable all the Diner food except Gyros.

Trying to get a sim to permanently turn into anything doesn't work too well. Would you settle for merely making one stoned instead?
I would not mind that at all. I actually think that is a good idea, unless by stoned you mean high, in which not so much. But if you mean making an object appear that looks like a stone sim, that is fine. Also to JacquiES, I want it to work like Magus Mutio, so the witch casts it on a sim of choice, not the other way around. And rufio, I think Simae Lapidis is a great name. P.S. I do know basic Latin, so I could make non dog-latin versions of my spells, but think they fit better with the ingame spells as is.

All of the following spells require the same regents as Magus Mutio, and are neutral.
Lycanthrius Mutio: Every Night when the moon is right grow fur you shall and remember random assorted crap
Turns a sim into an instant werewolf. Like those potions, only less cheaty.
Servantus Instantanio: Beet Boop pa veet voop zip zap vip vap
Spawns a servo next to the caster.
Vampirus Mutio: The sim with type O, will have type NO
Turns sim into a vampire.
Chlorius Mutio: Photosynthesis, Photosynthesis, Photosynthesis, Orange
Turns sim into instant Plantsim.
Ectoplasis Plumbio: Force that object above your head, to be on top of someone layed to bed
Makes ghosts controllable.
This one requires mystic dust, and a moonbeam. It is an evil spell.
Tempus Interrupto: Like a lawn gnome, forever still this sim will hate these annoying sucky poems
Freezes a sim forever. A grave stone will appear next to the sim, and will be dead, but the body will be frozen in a standing position, and will be altered into a sculpture. Sims can view the sim, and it is movable.
This is an Evil spell and needs no regents.
Tortarus Attackum: I really hate these sucky poems, just torture this sim dammit!
Makes the sim never die, but gives them static low aspiration, and needs. The sim will always fall asleep, go crazy ect. Also they will get electrocuted every time they try to fix anything.

The "assorted random crap" in this fix. It was most likely done deliberately for that touch of comedy The Sims used to have before EA took The Sims off Maxis' hands. I know EA did this after OFB, but the team was probably already working on it beforehand. So could you make a version with the memories?

While I like Space, I think it gets a little repetitive after a while. Once you're ready to head off to the galactic core the game is pretty much over. I'd like more to do in Space.
This is why they are making this EP, to modify space. They will probably do the same for the other stages (tribal and civ need major improvement!) While I hate EA, this may be a smart move, even if such an early announcement is suspicious, they are probably filling the gaps they had leftover making the game. After all, if they added everything they wanted in one blow, the game would take up 20 gigs. At least this way you can choose what you want, and what you don't. This is why I love the fact The Sims games have EP's, you get to pick and choose what you want. The biggest problems I see here are the mounds of glitches & securom.

TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Is antiredundancy necessary for AL?

Provided there is no continuous spawning of NPC's like with townies, I do not mind multiples of each NPC. So I probably should have rephrased it to "Do NPC's spawn in AL like townies?" As long as there is no endless spawning, I will not use antiredundancy.
BTW, do you mean three everytime one dies/becomes playable, or three every time you first make a hood?

Did anyone notice steve is on Simcity 2000's boxart, as well as in the Simcity 2000 intro here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rl5huQdshnsHas anyone who has gone to the center of the Galaxy noticed while you are traveling through the hole at some point Llamas start appearing? Also to settle when the Llama thing started, in the credits of SimAnt it says something about a Llama Technician.

I know notownieregen is necessary, but is antiredundancy? I would like it if I didn't have to have antiredundancy, as I like marrying my sims to NPC's, and don't want to corrupt my hood because there are no maids.

TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Is it normal to have 996 char files in an unplayed hood?
|

I started a fresh Belladonna, after I got a bunch of third party fixes (checked with HCDU of course,) and I decided to add ceilings to all the subhoods in all EP's, so it wouldn't be weird to have ceilings some places, and not others. This process took ten hours, spread between two days. Then I decided to back up the hood, as I never want to go through that again. During the backup I started seeing large numbered character files, so I decided to check the characters folder, and to my astonishment, I have 996 char files in my Belladonna neighborhood. Remember I didn't open one residential/dorm lot, as those can be fixed when/if I play them. I know it's not a huge amount, but if it is growing I want to know about it. Everyone here says there is no spawning problem but I am worried if this is a normal amount of starting files.

Between this, and the borked shadows, I wonder if their object makers are always getting drunk? In fact, I bet everyone there is always drunk! Have you seen some of the family trees for the new families in Apartment Life? I saw one where someone appeared three times in the family tree! Cheat happy much? Also, what about the glitches! They must be ripping out code everywhere!
