I'll see if I want the bigger eyes back. I do know how to use SimPE, so if I want to change them, I'll just follow your simple instructions. (Oh, and CRS struck me -- the replacement eyes were by Gwill, found probably 2-3 pages into this forum. She made them not long after OFB introduced the servos, so they've been around a while.)

Just SaraMK's servo eye replacements.
(Dumb question -- do all the PNG files in the subdirectory have to be in the game, too? Or just the .package file?)

Just turn on debug mode, and when your sims jump you'll get a dialog box that tells you the name of the error file and where it was saved (usually in the Logs directory). Then come back here and attach an error log to your message, and the smart folks will be able to help you (most likely).

Hmm, I put this in my game (file in first post), and my servos are still silver. Just in case it only affected new servos, I had one of them build a new one, and it's also silver. I have all eps and sps; don't know if that makes a difference. HCDU doesn't show any conflicts between this and anything else.

Thank you. I took that out due to a conflict but guess I need it again.
How to make life simple, and your game as bulletproof as possible: If Pescado has a mod with the word 'fix' in it, and/or it's designated as critical, you need that mod. If something else conflicts with it, get rid of the something else.

You probably have an older version of a aging hack somewhere in your downloads (i.e., TwoJeffs' or Inge's); make sure you have a version updated for your most recent/highest EP.
Oh, and attaching the error log helps a great deal if you want folks to diagnose an issue for you. Read the FAQ in the Podium if you don't know how to attach said file.

This is a side effect of having TJ's "Perfect Plants" in at one time and then taking it out. I once had that mod and when I decided it was way too cheaty I took it out. But every lot I visited after taking it out looked ragged but could not be trimmed.
Ah, that's probably what happened -- I removed Perfect Plants along with all my other hacks when I installed AL, and forgot to put it back in when it was cleared for AL. Only just noticed the borked bushes now, for some reason. I agree with Zaz, though -- it's back in and it's staying in.

Ok, since installing M&G, every small bush on every lot is ragged, like it needs to be trimmed. However, there are no options to trim the bushes; the gardener says he has nothing to do; and this happens whether I have TJ's "Perfect Plants" in the game or not. Anyone else notice this?

The Ottomas family was borked originally -- she's pregnant with twins, but the pointer to the father points to some random sim in the hood rather than Peter. The first patch fixed them, but only if they're added to a hood after the game is patched. Otherwise, you've got to either terminate the pregnancy, or fix the kids' parents with SimPe after they're born.
