i think the ambient inside the house with the daylight is too dark..
it's hard to have a good illumination wihtou turning on the light... and that'w whay i've abandoned the GunMod's Radiance Lighting System

i'm with J.M.
i prefear a random action from my sims unless a random card..
for example.. a sim could come back from work.. furious 'cause he is degraded and then autonomly chose to change his job.. or maybe could have an aspiration to change job.

i think also, that the research of the top of career could change the personality of sim..
a politic career could interact with the "outgoing" personality...
probabily a sim wiht "3 in outgoing" will grow up.. if the sims have a good career..
even not.. maybe the sim will resoult less nice/simpatic Cheesy

realy realy intresting mod..
the problem is: the number of the dead townies.
How many sims could die before the game exploding ?  Grin

i'm not an expert on this field but i think that, if the neighborhood memory be come too big the game performace will decrase.
i've asked some time ago on the maxis official forum for a tool that will clean the memory of the entire neighborhood .. in some way
but no1 have reply, but i think that will be usefull to DELETE from memory all dead sims (that mean, face tumbnails, and all unusefull things)

2 animated texture dirty and clean...
the clean is the one by default
there is a parameter called animation speed..
so the animation speed should 0 until the WC will flush then the parameter should change to 16 + / -

if WC = dirty {txtr= display-dirty_txtr}

i've added a new mesh, and i've also an animated texture with 16 frames..
now is it's possible to change the texture when the WC will auto-flush  ?
on this way we could play the animation when it will clean.. or i can count how long a sim will stay seated and made a more complex animation ^^

there also some difference from the tumbnail and the real object.. :\
if you look the display it's a bit different ...

I'll draw the display like the one in the game and i'll animate it too...
