1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Saved Games in Saves Folder, But Not in The Game, .package Files missing, etc. on: 2012 June 29, 13:56:33
I cannot tell you what is wrong with your game, but there are times when it gets hopelessly borked, the best course of action is to uninstall everything and start over.   Save your saved games folder on your desktop and you may be able to use them again, if you find the problem was not in your saved games.  Reinstall only CC from sites and creators that you trust, and not all at once so that if there are some conflicts, it is easier to sort out which mods conflict.  good luck.

I know it is a pain to start from scratch. Been there. Done that.
good luck
2  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Game won't load after installing the Awesome Mod. on: 2011 March 22, 13:28:41
I have the same problem. I have installed and reinstalled the framework, and it works for CC and other mods that I have tried.  I did remove those other mods when trying AM, in case of possible conflict, but when AM is installed the game does not open.

Am I putting it in the wrong folder?  I have put it in the folder with the package files, the same folder that contains the no mosaic mod.  Is there a more specific place it needs to be in order to work properly?

Did that.  Now the game starts to load but still quits.  G uess I might try reinstalling OFB, if that fails reinstalling everything.  Other suggestions are welcome. Thanx for all the advice.

Downloads folder is out. The game still doesn't load. Somehow I think it may be related to the deletion of EA's Bluewater village the creation of the custom shoppng district, since everything worked fine until then.

I have all the EP's and SP's and my game was working fine until this morning. I have multiple mods and CC, but never a real problem until I created a custom Shopping district for Belladonna Cove. It is the only game supplied neighborhood I have.  The other neighborhood I play is a custom  that I created from EA template that I have played for 2 years  with EA created downtown, Uni , etc.  All other Ea neighborhoods have been deleted along with their EA families.

After I created the custom shopping district using the Bluewater village template, I returned to Belladonna cove and tried to enter a family house.  the game quit.  Ok, I thought maybe I hit the wrong key . the game will no longer open. It doesn't get past the loading screen now and then either freezes, or quits.  I rebooted my computer hoping that might help.  It did not.

Do I have any recourse aside from removing and reinstalling everything?  If not , how can I salvage my 2 year old neighborhood?

It's also ok to make fun of me, I have probably brought this all on myself with some misdeed.  I admit to being only semi computer literate..

Am I missing something with the tombstones?  I have my cemetery as a commmunity lot.  In the game I just have my sims move the tombstones to the cemetery. the click on option where mourn or move this grave comes up.  the stones move to the sidewalk by the telephone and trash bin and periodically I go into the lot in the build mode and put the stones where I want them.

That has not been the case in my game. Career clothing turns up for me.  I do have the patch installed and it has not caused any problems in my game, except causing some of my families to be unplayable until moved into a new house.

I too use Haelene's eyes that GunMod made into default replacements. After using these eyes, I would not use any others. they are very lifelike and liquid.  I have a default set of skins that I like from Jfreddog, but if GunMod can make Haelene's skins default I will be all over that in a heartbeat.
