When you installed AMB, did you check & update your "thousands of mods"?

All Nraas non-core mods (I think he has *1* core mod) are compatible with AM.

I know of a mod that can make your Butler cook less, and there are options to change the price of the butler (increase or decrease). Let me know if you would be interested.

Got my comp, ready to test before it gets bogged down with 'the usual suspects'...good antivirus  (not the crappy McAfee that came with it) - and all the other good stuff (SpyBot, Gimp, etc. etc. etc.)   Nothing on it so far that I can't bear to lose or can't replace.

I haven't had the firetruck disappear. I have Base, WA, HELS, AMB; fully patched. I have V.132 of the SP and a similarly dated SC. No AM so far.



I don't think it's EAxian in nature because it hasn't happened to my daughter (pretty similar mods), nor to my son (totally vanilla game).

I had that problem with just Twallan's SP (v.134 - haven't tried an updated one).

Something nobody seems to have mentioned is that firefighters will also increase in Job Level while studying Handiness.

I've been using AM for a long time, though not since the patc + AMB. Meditation always worked fine for me.
I have Base + WA + HELS, fully patched for each.

Also, remember to delete the My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 folder when uninstalling.

You can start the game and then remove the CD/DVD from the drive - it has been that way since Sims 1, if memory serves .
