Wow and I thought it was a stupid idea.  It'd just be nice if the bedding changed when the maid made the beds, as impossible as it seems like it may be.  Would also be cool if the sims woke up in the morning and changed clothes, although the whole bodyshape thing complicates that.  Isn't anyone else disturbed that your sims wear the same undies day in, day out, unless you make them change?  And where did the $@%@%@%#%ing tooltips go?

"Google search is your friend; TwoJeffs has had that mod available for years now.  You can find it over on simbology."

Do you mean the less belching and farting mod?  I couldn't find one over there that stopped kids from playing on the mic.  As far as I can tell that mod keeps them from being annoying at the dinner table, and I've had it for a long time.  I do wish I myself could fart a green cloud, however.  That would be awesome.

I did think of another wish - I want to be able to recolor clothing without going cross-eyed.  Screw body shop, with the loading and the tiny pictures of all the clothing and the not actually knowing what mesh goes with what.   It takes me half a day to find (steal) a neat texture and then apply it to all my different bodyshape meshes.  There must be a way to make some kind of batch-process-thingamabob to do this quicker than the tedious way.  And of course, I never upload any of it because it disappears into the ether of the mysterious way the things get named in the projects folder, so I'd have no idea what I uploaded if I tried, let alone what file got what mesh/color etc.  It's just a big mess, and worse now that CAS and tooltips are messed up.  Needs a magic wand.

I live in the ether between awesomeness and tardlickingness.

I thought of another mod I want also!  I want a mod that changes the sheets when the maid comes.  It's boring that they never change.

* licks the nearest available tard as he was reading on simbology in a different tab at the time of posting.

1.  A new inteen.  I think they're  abandonating it.  It is so fun to see young sims preggers and getting on the school bus.  Makes homework time fun for the whole family.  And the option to "have baby/twins" with anyone on the lot is fun as well.  It isn't awesome, but I do like it.  Birth control, fertility drugs, teen sex, how come it isn't awesome yet?

2.  I would very much like to see a mod that stopped the children from playing with the microphones on the podium.  That's annoying.

3.  (Related to 2)  I'd like to see a mod that scrambled the sims' behaviour a little, so, for instance, the kids didn't go straight for the podium every time, or romance sims didn't just immediately start with the dang ACR when you look away.  I'd like to see my sims choose to do something different every once in a while, rather than every other moment they just want to do whatever that sim likes doing, and nothing else.  And why do they roll the same wants so often?  Is that just my game?

4.  When my teens date, they always want to go to college, or meet someone else, or do lots of non-date-related stuff.  When the adults date, it's a boring re-iteration of the same date they had before.  I'd love to see a mod that scrambled the date wants better, and let the teens want some more naughty things, like "woohoo in the sauna with boyfriend" or something.   And made tickling someone, pictures in photo booths, and slow dancing an occasional want rather than a psychopathic obsession on every date.

5.  I really want to be able to dress my sims using the fancy CAS format, because buying clothes in-game sucks.  Most of my sims now are born in-game, and whenever they grow up I get eyestrain trying to find the right sizes for their clothing.

6.  I'd love to see a mod that made me awesome.   That is a desperate one.  Maybe hopeless, but I think it's possible.

Oooo, I knew the folks here were awesome, but I didn't know they were *that* awesome.

I'm wondering if this silly bug means somewhere in Ikea stuff we can call our furniture on the phone?

Did anyone actually figure out how to fix this yet?

*whines pitifully about *absolutely needing* phone hack and wife *absolutely needing* ikea.

I'm not awesome.  I accept it and cry softly to myself.

I'm a little more awesome!  I installed this and wondered if anyone has noticed a funny interaction over snow cover, as in when I mouse over the snow, the snow disappears (but the ground underneath is lit fabulously!) in a circle around the cursor.  I undid the light mod from the seasons folder, since I figured snow was a seasons thing, and it fixed it.  Did I just figure out something everyone already knew?

I don't think I'm awesome enough to install this, since I can't figure out how by reading the instructions.  Do I have to extract all the files in the zip into all the EP folders and then do the whole user startup thingie, or just extract the files from the most recent ep (FT)?   I'm just sure if I do it wrong, there will be a fiery explosion, but without the lights it won't be visible.
