Msalwaysright already covered Madonna on page two here. Oh, geez, sorry Denimjo..Thank you for pointing that out.. I'll remember to run my posts things by you in future.  I've seen worse for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, though, and the Tom Cruise isn't entirely bad. I personally wouldn't use him in my game, but at least one can tell who it's supposed to be. The bottom half of Brad Pitt is actually pretty good; they got his jawline pretty well matched up. I'm thinking if they shrunk his eyes a bit it might convey more of a likeness. The Angelina Jolie is a pretty Sim, but if I hadn't seen it juxtaposed next to an actual picture of her, I wouldn't know who it was supposed to be.
ETA: I just noticed that this person uploaded her Madonna on September of 2005, noting that she was the first person to make and upload Madonna. I'm thinking she probably rushed it way too much in her hurry to "be the first." I'm not sure what she was thinking when she sculpted that jaw and chin, thogh: yikes!
Oh, I would suggest you buy a spellcheck.. it is hard to take one seriously when one can't spell *though* Bummer, hey. You're gonna have to edit all over again. Were you in that much of a hurry to play Hall Monitor that you missed it twice? Slipping a little there. |

I don't normally enter these comps.. after all, the people that make these Sims are obviously proud of their work..and who am I to squash their egos? BUT!!!! Looking through TSR today, I nearly died laughing. I found Madonna, had they not supplied a name, I would have been none the wiser, but then I stumbled across these 3 doozies. They not only don't look like the celeb they are supposed to be, BUT....you have to dubious honour of having to PAY FOR THEM.    WTF were these people THINKING!?And now, just cuz I'm in a poking mood.. may I present........ MADONNNA!!!!  It was her thrid attempt! Maybe she should have given up after her twooth  I feel ill - too much laughing, ya know?  |

I had the exact same problem with my game after installing seasons, but I was using the Riverblossom Hills hood. I have an Nvidia GEFORCE GO 7400 graphics card, which seemed to be on the doomed list. I reinstalled my game and also started another user account. So I had 2 vanilla games. I deleted my entire downloads folder, (a bit drastic), and played the vanilla game for a while. No problems. I then started over with the CC, and slowly added things, playing every so often to see if I could pinpoint any particular item, which I couldn't. Since then (aside from totally fucking up my game a couple of weeks back), I've had no problems, whatsoever. Pretty well along the lines of what others have advised, so I hope that something helped  |

In order to retrieve such a missing lot, you need to extract the lot entry from a backup neighborhood where it still exists, and import that entry into your neighborhood. This is a nonstandard SimPE operation and should restore the missing lot from limbo. If you don't know how to perform this, well, then, you're SOL.
I didn't really know what I was doing at first, but I looked around in SimPE and found the Smith lot in "Res\Userdata\Neighborhoods\N002\N002_Neighborhood.package", extracted it, imported it to 'my' Strangetown and started the game. And it worked! The house is now showing up and working properly. Problem solved. Thanks for the help, this site sure does live up to it's reputation. This is a good thing, yes? |

*hands on hips..... I hope you learned your lesson, young lady! Believe me I learned it!!! MOD EDIT: The colour options are not there to be used. Took me a while to figure out what you were on about, Venusy.. Something simple like, "please use black text only for posting", probably would have been less confuzzling |

On the subject of teachers, for woodwork I had Mr. Carpenter and my brother had Mr. Pine. The school only had two woodworks teachers.
However, earlier, I'd gone to school with a guy whose surname was Kerr. Not a bad name by itself, there are Kerrs in my family tree.
But his first name was Wayne.
Freaky.. we had a guy at school named Wayne Kerr as well. I also had heard that many years before I went there, there was a guy called Dwayne Pipe |

as someone kindly bumped an old thread where I seem to have failed to realize I had a bunch of glomps waiting for me, just when I needed them...
