It worked maybe 50% of the time for me with NL...I haven't actually had anytime to play with simkids post OFB, since I'm playing my MATY hood...I've very much deserted my Prosperity hood now . So a current lack of simkids, although when I get around to it, Pescado and Kewian's daughter Ebony should be turning into a child. I'll use her for my test subject.

See, when you add the downtown, the downtownies aren't generated then, they come with the addition of the hood. If you were to kill them off/delete them/move them in it would stop them from replenishing. I've seen vampires get generated anyway even with a deleteallcharacters and notownie regen. What you should have done is add the base hood and the downtown, deletedallcharacters and then added the dorm.

Rainbow, I think you got the first sentence the wrong way round. Gender is decided at birth (that's why you can reload), but twins are not. (Decided at conception, though you can force them now.

I feel that the businesses are over complicated. OR maybe I just need more time. And the hats! Why do we have three PAGES of hats? Other than making some hideous outfits for employees, they're pretty useless. The non-hat hairs are great though!
Conclusion: Businesses are not for all sims.

Eurgh, sorry to barge in here, but what exactly causes a driver to go into a 'infinite loop'? Is this what may be causing my VPU recovers? And I've beem having problems taking photos for a while, it takes about 3 minutes each time because it kinda clicks, clicks, clicks, clicks, clicks, clicks...then eventually FLASH.
