351  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Sharing neighborhoods - Simpotence thread on: 2005 November 11, 01:51:07
I have Uni and NL installed. I have thousands of files of CC. I think my game just blew up actually. I added download folder number 20 and the poor game wouldn't load. I may have to do some culling, hehe. Anyway, I'll go with the flow and do whatever you guys agree is best.

I do use hacks, but I don't have to if that's an issue.
352  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: I have Simpotence on: 2005 November 10, 21:08:08
I would be interested in joining this venture myself. I seem to be in this rut of playing a family, having them get to platinum, raising 6 children, sending them to college so that they can raise 6 more, blah, blah. I need to stir things up a bit.
353  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: babies, babies everywhere... on: 2005 November 02, 23:40:09
I guess the most toddlers I've had at one time was 13. The Capps are so ugly I couldn't bear to have them procreate, so I adopted one after another until i reached 13. There were potty chairs, toys and beds all over the lawn. It was quite the zoo, I'll tell ya. I wish I had taken pics.
354  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Today is a really sad day on: 2005 November 02, 23:26:39
I am so sorry MisDoh for your pain. My thoughts are with you tonight. My sweet Lizzie (a Maltese) had to be put to sleep in January and I miss her every single day. I'm glad you have other pets to comfort you at this time. Hang in there.
355  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: I got the dreaded squigly lines in thought bubbles on: 2005 November 01, 03:25:15
I had the squiggly lines in thought bubbles after Mrs. CrumpleBottom was accidently bitten by the Grand Vamp (didn't see it happen, she just showed up downtown as a vamp one day). After rewriting the object file, the problem cleared up.
356  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Welcome, TwoJeffs! on: 2005 October 31, 23:42:47
Welocme twojeffs. I have used and loved your mods for quite some time. It is a real pleasure to have you here. Smiley
357  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Sorry for the delay! on: 2005 October 29, 20:53:34
Oh, thank you! I should have said I got the error when I clicked on your link at the site, but this solved the issue. Can't wait to try it out! Grin
358  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Adult loses college-earned want slots after moving into new home on: 2005 October 29, 20:51:00
The Mirror of Locks and Wantings from DJSIMS will give you all the slots and up to 6 locks. I can be found at the bottom of the page. It will be in the aspiration catalog.

I'm looking forward to the fix as well. I keep getting a 404 error. Thank you for the ones that work though, they are awesome. You really did a wonderful job! Smiley
360  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Handy little bit of Headmaster trivia I learned today. on: 2005 October 29, 02:55:35
I sometimes use Merola's Multi painting to get them into private school and use the debug tool so that I can click on the "want" to go to private school, thus preserving it in the memories and getting the aspiration points as well. Smiley
361  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Using garage access as front door on: 2005 October 28, 21:40:40
I have the same problem in several of my separate house/garage combinations. It is very annoying to have to chase the welcome wagon all over the lawn just to greet them. I usually end up pausing and moving everyone to a central location and hope for the best. It gets quite exhausting at times.
362  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Flu epidemic... on: 2005 October 28, 03:52:08
It still works, I use it regularly. I love it. Smiley

I use the Medicine Cabinet to innoculate my sims right after the first cough. It seems like it was a German site that I d/l it from, but I can't remember the name. It's also handy for taking pregnancy tests and letting you know if your sim is having one baby, or two.
364  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: What a waste of food! on: 2005 October 26, 19:27:36
I understand your pain Cheesy

Mine get the buffet and that's it. They seldom cook at all. Except for the crazy nanny, she cooks even with the buffet at her disposal.
365  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: "Object Error" when loading lots on: 2005 October 26, 19:06:23
Turns out it was Sarak's and was intended for the base game only. I still don't know how I got it, but alls well. Smiley
366  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Where do you get your custom content? on: 2005 October 26, 01:09:23
Thanks guys.   Kiss  I now have about 10 windows open and I'm d/l like crazy. Tongue
367  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 26, 00:40:51
Makes for some great pictures, I need to let my sims "go" more, it looks like fun Smiley

BTW, you have a message in RL from smgrl, I think. If it's still there anyway. She deletes threads as often as she posts them Lips sealed

I don't know what she is expecting from you?
368  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 26, 00:35:29
Lol, yes, it look very much like my lots.  Roll Eyes

Wow. Your sims really do have bathroom issues, dont they? Cheesy

Sorry about that windy Cool*hands over a paper towel*
369  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 26, 00:00:24
Hopefully. Sometime in the next 6-8 weeks, anyway. Grin
370  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 25, 23:45:46
Lol, I do the same thing. It is very useful, but as you say, it tends to clash with a lot of things Cheesy

edit: When I click on the poolhack.zip, I get a "page cannot be displayed." Undecided
371  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 25, 23:41:32
Here's the endtable link if anyone wants it. Yes, she is a saint. I couldn't live without her Multi-Painting.

edit: Thanks for the update on the pool hack. Will definitely d/l that one. Smiley
372  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 25, 22:39:10
Ah, don't. Smiley

I just used the fingerprint scanner for the first time last night. I had a child sim get instructions from his father. He maxed out cleaning skill in record time. Pretty nifty. Tongue

373  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 25, 21:57:28
I agree, Brynne. I mean they should be able to do something while treading water or floating on their backs.

I've noticed my teen sims will stay out as late as the adults only if they came along in the outing. I haven't tried sending just teens downtown, but now i know it won't be much fun.
374  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 25, 21:41:30
My adult sim visitors will stay for days if I let them, it's just the children I have problems with. Unless they are in the pool, then they too will stay forever, but it's hard making friends while swimming. Undecided

edit: Thanks  Motoki, I'll give it a try.
375  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Hey, you just got here? on: 2005 October 25, 21:31:43
Good idea, Brynne, I'll have to try that.  Smiley
