I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, EAxian or Awesome, but when I instructed a sim to take his horse to a community lot, he decided the best way was by using the underground.

I'm having problems with one spiral staircase on a lot.  Sims will run up and down all other spiral staircases in the house, and they'll happily go up this particular one, but will not route downstairs unless I remove said offending staircase.  There is another staircase they could use, but they ignore it as long as the borked one is closer. I  even tried installing an elevator to give them an alternative, but they won't use it even when directly instructed to.

This is just from the patch, I haven't braved the EP yet.

Mine can feed the plants just fine.  When sent to order more seeds they walk up to the mailbox and just drop the action.

Another (probably completely unrelated) mailbox weirdness I've noticed is that sims can only write thank you letters (for wedding gifts) if they are already seated by a suitable writing surface when the order is given.

My game has been so full of weirdness that I've stopped complaining...

None of my sims have been able to order onmi seeds for several updates.

I just tried to build a tropyhy room and realized to my horror that mounted fish are not shiftable. Any chance of a fix there?  It's going to have to be a big room if all 34 types of fish are going to get their own wall.

Fat gwilly ones are very busy with other things these days, but they lurk.

I think I just recreated the bug.  It crashed before I saw any jumping, but I'll give it another look and upload a copy for you if that's useful.

Edit: Added two screenshots of error messages I captured before it crashed.
Edit 2: Packaging the corrupt neighbourhood I notice that it's almost twice the size of the pre-vacation backup.  Not a good sign, is it?
I also just discovered what might be a copy of the hood from the last time I had this problem.

I had something like this happen to some sims after they returned from vacation destinations.  I found no fix and decided that my neighbourhood had gone BFBVFS and went back to a pre-vacation backup.  After it happened the third time I gave up on adventuring for now.

I have the same problem occasionally.  It starts with the sound of computer games, then something like a cartoon character laughing hysterically and bouncing noises, some music, a silly seductive male voice to the background of some romantic music, I can't remember the rest.  It's only a few seconds long, but it loops endlessly, plays at max volume and continues even when you pause the game or enter build mode.
It's usually coupled with all other sounds stopping and then rushing back in a tidal wave of noise several minutes later.

And *my* computer is most certainly not from wall-mart; it's hand crafted by a skilled computer technician with too much time on her hands.

What, what?  Have I missed something awesome?

I had problems with crash to desktop upon loading bar reaching 100%.  It turned out to be because I'd accidentally downloaded the 1.7.9/1.7.11/2.2.8 VERSION in stead of 1.8/2.3 TEST VERSION.
