As far as I remembered from TFM the dialog was supposed to have changed, so I was a bit confused too.
I had to fire my original gardener to get it to work.

Well, I burninated everything in the whole room, but the ghost guitar is still there.
My other rooms are OK, and the noise isn't more than I can live with.

My problem is that I've already deleted all the musical instruments, but it's till playing.
And if I buy new instruments I get the options to practice or join, not preform.

Ah, could this be my problem?
I have an invisible base playing badly tuned music.

What drives me crazy is that if you pick the grey hair for a young sim, it converts to a regular coloured hair when they take the hat off.
I'd rather have them just sleep and swim in the stupid hat.

That simple, eh? 
I guess that's it.  I'll let you know if it isn't.

What am I doing wrong?  I have the latest version, it's in directly in my downloads (no subdirectory), I have RTFM.  I've had older versions of the same hack, and it's never worked, on any lots.
Is there any known conflicts?  I have a lot of hacks, I'd rather not list all of them.

I hate searching for that stupid thing.
