51  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Witches lost hats, changed hair colour on: 2008 October 22, 08:21:21
I think everyone is missing the point...

Emma: That fix looks like it's to do with playable sims, when they age, their default hair is the witch hat.

The NPC Good and Bad Witch now no longer wear their hats at all.  Also, in mine and Crashs case, the evil witch turned into a ginger.
52  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Witches lost hats, changed hair colour on: 2008 October 21, 22:47:04
Wasn't there a patch to Seasons, or BV maybe that messed up the hair colour of NPCs?  I remember seeing lots of mismatched eyebrows and hair...  With BV, there were enough people with Charlatans in the wrong costume that Pes made the monocle available, so we could re-dress them.

I have the patch and the same problem with missing hats.  Are the hats available in the change appearance dialog?  I didn't check myself but if they are, you can use the batbox to re-costume the affected NPCs.

It was the Pets patch.  This problem doesn't to seem to affect other NPCs, just the witches.

Oops.  I dunno where that came from.  THE AL Patch I mean.

Halp.
Has this happened to anyone else?  I've just installed the AL Patch and Kitchen Stuff.

55  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Too Many Visitors to My Lot. What's Going On? on: 2008 October 16, 10:31:37
I think I chose it as a non harmful wish because I wanted the sim to make 3 wishes.  I did not want friends because the thought of the phone ringing every hour seems just as bad.
56  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Too Many Visitors to My Lot. What's Going On? on: 2008 October 16, 10:25:56
Ahh.  This suddenly explains why this happened in my game.  I was taking out hacks etc trying to figure it out...

My poor sims.  They did not get to sleep that night thanks to about 15 people ringing the doorbell every hour.

Typing
Code:
help
in the cheat window would have told you that.

I didn't know that either heh.
58  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Playing AL without apartments: witches enough? on: 2008 October 02, 12:18:18
There's a no witches mod? Where?! Where?!
59  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Problem with AL on: 2008 September 29, 12:11:19
Personally, I like downloading the Directors Cut in a big file, that way I can go through and pick out hacks I like/need and leave the rest.  Makes it easier for updating as well.
60  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: I did not know children could learn that. on: 2008 September 29, 09:21:49
My kindergarten had that book too. IIRC, somewhere it says "You can ask your mother of father or another adult you trust to read this book with you."
I think it scarred me for life to hear this book being read aloud SO MANY TIMES. I remember being scared by the picture where the mother gives birth "The baby comes out WHERE?!"
The book I was given was much more graphic. Everything was still cartoonized, but very much anatomically correct.
I got to watch a video.

My mother bought me a book talking about "special hugs" when I was about 8.  My best friends parents are doctors so she'd already giving me the full story.  After my mum had finished her "special hugs" story I shocked her a bit with my learningz.

Then we got the video as well.

I am confused.  Sims 2 has couples counseling?
62  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Oops, did I break it? on: 2008 September 25, 16:17:05
I didn't come here looking for a fight,

At MATY, FIGHT FINDS YOU.

Don't delete sims from the Sim Bin? Am I supposed to follow that crazy list of instructions in War Room every time I want someone disappeared?

Hey, don't blame Pescado.  EA is the one who codes up a mess.
64  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Has the clothing tool changed, or is it AL?? on: 2008 September 24, 13:12:48
Ya know what'd be cool.  A hack that allows you to pick 7 outifts for a sim to wear each day during the week that they'd automagically change into...
65  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Support the Evil Empire! BUY STUFF! on: 2008 September 18, 10:12:40
This thread needs to be sticky.

Also, how much of this cashy is going to Cheezeserver, just out of interest?  I am loving the teeshirts.

67  Serious Business / Spore Discussions / Re: Spore is Review-Bombed, All Thanks to SecuROM on: 2008 September 09, 12:35:27
This is awesome.  They've been ignoring the Sims community for long enough, they can't ignore everyone now!

I'd stay the hell away from Nvidia right now

Speaking from experience here.

Why not follow MATYs tips on catching a ninja?  Use the ninja statue.

I would also like this hack.  I have one by Kathy and Eric that is the grocery popup, except it's used to get rid of too much money
72  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Is there a new no-CD/no-DVD crack for FT patch #2?? on: 2008 June 08, 13:29:21
@ Tigerlilley - yep I did. I was trying to take the same information as mentioned by the original poster & you and then explain it in a different way so that it would make sense for Lullabelle who seems to be having problems understanding exactly how to get SecuRom free and how to update FT.

My bad.  As you were.
73  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: ErrorLog on: 2008 June 08, 12:24:36
Huh Then go ahead and delete ! I thought that if anyone could help it was your site.  Embarrassed guess i was wrong. Sad

Don't tantrum like a child.  Where has anyone said they can't help you?  They're explaining to you how to provide the necessary information as whatever you have posted is not helpful.
74  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Is there a new no-CD/no-DVD crack for FT patch #2?? on: 2008 June 08, 12:18:14
Did you even read the first post of this thread?
75  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Is there a new no-CD/no-DVD crack for FT patch #2?? on: 2008 June 07, 13:41:40
No, but the securom site does.
