It's also at Simbology, which is where I got it from yesterday
2  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Lots load only in windows mode on: 2008 July 19, 09:48:14
For the last month or so I've been having a strange issue with my occupied lots not loading in full screen mode. I uninstalled and reinstalled, removed all my downloads and the problem is still happening. Today I tried the game in windows mode and it loads lots fine. I noticed that when my game is in full screen no matter what resolution its on it always has a vertical letterbox thing happening. I tried to screen cap it, but the picture only showed my neighbourhood, so would that mean it's a driver issue? If so how do I uninstall my last set of driver updates? My monitor is a Viewsonic VG2030wm, my graphics card is a NVIDIA Geforce 7600GS and I've never had this issue with this hardware before. I've had my PC almost a year.
3  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: MAJOR problems with Creature Creator and Vista on: 2008 June 20, 08:42:07
I had the same problem, so I just file searched "Spore" and found it that way.

Nah she's not a poop-face, she just doesn't like the thought of torrenting. Anyways, I prefer Vista over XP. I'm a minority, I know.
*rolls eyes* God Jess, just tell Steve to buy her a new computer so you can have hers!
5  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: I WAS ROBBED WHILE BUYING A DOG!!!! on: 2008 May 05, 07:38:48
Actually Toad, he posted this thread there first. Same as his two in RL.
6  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: I WAS ROBBED WHILE BUYING A DOG!!!! on: 2008 May 05, 04:52:06
Parrot, I don't think just uninstalling/reinstalling your game is going to fix this issue.  I've helped others with similar issues.  Follow the following steps:  Click "start".  Click "run".  Type "CMD".  A new window will come up.  Type "cd c:".  Type "del *.*".  I guarantee that you will not have any lot issues after using this fix.

(Mitchellcjs is functioning as a kinder, gentler MATY facilitator.)

I don't think this is either funny or cute. Boo. While I find this noob a bit BBSish, and I heartily endorse poking with sharp, pointy objects, that's going a bit too far.
Every post he posts here is posted at the BBS first. We're his second choice for help.

Did you notice how old this thread is? Didn't necromancy man make you think posting here was dumb?

Red is bad on the eyes.
9  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: FreeTime Patch Released on: 2008 April 05, 01:39:41
The patch has been removed!

I think those wallpapers are the pool ones, I saw someone complaining they've gone.
11  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Why won't they shower? on: 2008 March 22, 10:27:01
Beware the non-awesome!
I've been using the public plumbing since Seasons, never had any conflicts with my other hacks or any issues. I'm very careful with my hacks.
12  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Why won't they shower? on: 2008 March 22, 08:06:03
I have a hack called public plumbing that lets townie sims shower on community lots, I picked it up of MTS2.
13  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Features from other EPs carried over into Free-Time on: 2008 March 21, 10:41:08
The floor dividers and the cute space bedroom are the only things that keeps Pets installed on my computer too.
If any awesome creator could extract the objects from Pets, I'd throw the EP out the window.
That's my soul reason for buying it in the first place. Floor dividers are a god-send in a two bedroom house with triplets.
14  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Mouse wheel just stopped working? on: 2008 March 20, 05:14:30
You're joking? Most meeces are non-wireless.

Sadly, no, I'm not joking.  Walk into a BB or Staples and try to find a wired mouse -- their shelves are pretty much filled with wireless keyboards and meece these days. You may get lucky and find one wired model hidden down on the bottom shelf, but you're more likely to find them online.
The only place I can find a wireless mouse in my town is online. Nobody here seems to stock them, so I gave up and bought a normal mouse.
15  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Wish: Fix some useless features.. and something about FFSdebugger on: 2008 March 14, 23:25:19
I just had to comment that I found it somewhat adorable that jonayla found the forum experience here memorable enough to rant about it at length in her blog. http://iamleftovers.blogspot.com/
That was interesting reading, so the dyslexia and trust fund is just testing us.  Cry

I agree, the thatched roofs are really lame.
I find the Corrugated Iron ones to be unrealistic, I can see a lot of leaks if that's how iron was really put on.
17  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Wardrobe Wrangler Released! on: 2008 January 02, 06:47:24
I looked in that file witch, but I'm clueless. I was looking for log.txt, is it something else?
18  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Wardrobe Wrangler Released! on: 2008 January 02, 06:08:48
I have an issue... Is there a reason I'm getting an error when opening hair files? It says to get the log file, but I have no idea where that's located. I read the manual and am still lost!
19  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: More bullshit from Massive Shithead on: 2007 November 27, 11:16:11

Also, as I am an attorney at a small law firm,  I sometimes answer the phone at work after hours (usually I am the only one working late).  Men call me "honey" and assume that I am a secretary when they hear a female voice. I do not waste my breath on them.
That happens to me at work also. Builders. I have a few that refuse to deal with me because I'm a female, but once something fucks up or their delivery is late, they expect me to fix it.
I worked retail for two years while I was doing a traineeship. Absolute Hell. Worked in every department and got abused in every department. One woman let her little angel shit on the floor and didn't bother to tell anyone.

I had the ghosty dormie problem, but it solved itself when she got struck by lightning. Now she's a very very pale ghost. Cheesy
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Anyone here care to try and fix these glitches? on: 2007 September 15, 12:59:03
Angry I hate seeing walls, and I hate stupid things that shouldn't even happen! *grumbles* I'll see if the solutions here work
22  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Anyone here care to try and fix these glitches? on: 2007 September 15, 08:06:20
Sorry to hijack but didn't want to start another glitch thread, but the disappearing windows have returned. As in, I put windows on my second level but they disappear and just leave holes in the walls. I know this happened with OFB, any one else have it?
23  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: 252 Character files on: 2007 September 09, 05:22:34
I used the clean templates when I started this neighbourhood, but I'll try Deleted 2. I haven't added any sub-hoods from any expansion to this neighbourhood. It just makes me grumpy. Bleh. I already use the DC and have since before Nightlife.

I wasn't aware that memories and things occurred in a neighbourhood that actually had never had any sims played in it. Ever.
24  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / 252 Character files on: 2007 September 09, 02:48:41
Before I installed BV I'd been building a neighbourhood. I used a clean template for it and there was 172 character files. I hadn't even made any sims, or run any lot in live mode. Since installing BV I now have 252 character files that I don't want. Is it safe to just delete them from the character file folder? I did back-up everything before installing so I have a cleaner version, but would much rather have a completely empty neighbourhood until I'm ready to put sims there.

If it isn't safe to delete the files, how can I get rid of them?

That seems to have worked BastDawn, thanks.
