Please Pes, I would like an awsome hack also. I prefer my hacks to mostly come from one source. Stupid kids jumping on the beds. I have had a few messages now from SS that they will remove my kids if I don't cool them down. The kids start to autonomously jump on the beds and by the time I find what they are up to they are already way in the red.
Actually I think I read that seasons was going to give us a new base neighbourhood not another subhood. That will give us four main neighbourhoods instead of the three we have now.
edit a neighbourhood and it's attached subhoods count as one neighbourhood. Hopefully someone knows how to delete just part of it without fubarring the rest up for you.
Thank You phyllisp. That looks like mine too. We used to breed and show but now I clip them right back. Show coat requires about an hour per day per dog and I just don't want to bother with it anymore.
I think this was the site that was mentioned. She is still working on some of them so they aren't all loaded onto the site yet. I thought the same thing but I saved the site to my favorites so I could go and get them later.
There are actually things you can buy to use when training little boys to have better aim. grin It floats in the toilet water and when the stream of urine hits it, it plays a little tune.
All the pink files and the empty pkges can be deleted. The pinks are duplicates and should be listed together if you clicked on the MD5 button. Just leave whichever one you want to keep of the duplicates. If you have two pink files you need to keep one. The empty pkges are actually empty and are just taking up space in the Downloads. Most of the hacks will come up red. Not all hack files are known however so it's possible to have a hack file show up without it being red. If you sort by object function does it give a description of the file type? eg object, clothing etc. Some of those weird numbered files are actually sim files that people have downloaded and put into their games. My personal rule is if I can't figure out what it is and the file name is all weird numbers and letters I usually delete them. You could just disable them for the time being and check in your game to see if anything you are using is missing. Once you check them out that way you can just delete them later. This is a great tool for keeping your Downloads folder organized.
I thought it was a game glitch that if you didn't accept the grocery basket the delivery person just left it on the ground and left the lot. If that happens the family doesn't get charged for the groceries. I've had it happen a few times when my simmie doesn't get there in time. I have all the eps but no stuff packs.
It was the right thing to do Ivy. I'm sorry you were treated badly. I think most creators do want to know when there is a problem and will try to fix it.
Did you let them know at MTS2 JenW? I wouldn't mind getting the name of the mesh so I could at least check and see if I have it in my game. I hate game crashes.
Nailati I'm sorry you are going through such a tough time. I just posted because I wanted you to see a lot of us that don't post very often are watching your thread for your face templates. They look terrific and I can hardly wait to use them.
Actually Ellatrue there is. You have to use the unawesome though. I use the relations moniter in the Insim. You have to remove the hearts while the other sim involved is on the lot though. My sims do shop around.
edit I guess it is cheating, but how many of us end up with the first person we kiss? The game isn't really very realistic in that regard.
Sometimes people also don't realize that they need to enable the CC on the game loading screen and then shut the game down. The CC won't be enabled until the next time you load the game.
LOL Holly, don't try to be funny then when you send your note to the creator. Just a short note telling them what's happening in your game will suffice. The creator may or may not know about the glitches. If they don't know they will be glad to have some feedback probably.
I put the breast feeding hack into my game. All went well for awhile. Then I started to get weird glitches which I assume was from this hack. I removed the hack and everything went back to normal. JM said he might do a more awsome hack for breastfeeding. I am now waiting to see if he does one before adding anything for breast feeding back. The breast feeding is actually a very nice feature to have but not when the hack causes lot problems. It did for me at least. And I don't use any custom fridges just the Maxi ones.
Did you try deleting the groups.cache? I think the game stores info here, sometimes just removing the hack isn't enough.
I'm not really sure other than the babies and toddlers can't use them themselves. It takes an adult or a teenager to either change a diaper or put a toddler into a crib. The Maxi made objects have animation trees that require certain actions before they become available on the "action" list. If someone makes a custom object to replace a Maxi one, some of the actions on the animation tree may not be activated or even there. As it has already been suggested, if you notice anything isn't working the way you think it should be, a pleasant note to the creator would probably be the way to go.
