I am getting error code 12 lately when I try to save. It's with a family that I've been playing for a couple sim-weeks, and I'd hate to lose the progress I've made. Most of the little gimmicks I've heard to fix it: "Pause the game before saving, unpause the game before saving, use "Save as" to save, empty your savegame folder before saving, only play for  30 minutes at a time, rub the bones of a Yorkshire Terrier  against your monitor while chanting in Aramaic...." those either don't work at all or work so little of the time it could be considered a fluke. I have 8 GB of Ram and a 64 bit comp, and I realize that EA does not recognize more than 4 GB for whatever stupid reason. (At least, I think so.)  
Even twallan says of Error code 12, basically, "I'm sorry, You're royally fucked." I'm afraid to start over on another family because I don't want the same thing happening again. So Pescado, before I give up TS3 altogether, is there anything, anything at all, that can reliably fix this issue it its source?

Ok, so my teen sim has a boyfriend a bit older than her. He aged up 20 days before she did (On an epic lifespan) And I wanted them to be together and get married anyway. So I installed Awesome and was appalled when he came over to her house. he flirted with her, she rejected him. three hours later SHE flirted with HIM and that got the ball rolling. Blatantly sexist there I think, but that's not the worst part. So they flirted, they kissed, they kissed again, and the guy is then helplessly dragged off by police. He can't get a job now or visit a school because he KISSED HIS GIRLFRIEND. Please, Pescado, for the love of Zeus, at least make it so the police only haul you off if you kiss a teen on a community lot!

So is there anything out there that would allow teens to move out using the phone and/or have money when they move out? If it's not built into awesomemod, can Nraas or some other mod do it?

Y'know how when you have a teen sim flirt with a young adult sim the YA rejects it (the first try) and gets the "Creepy" moodlet and the YA will only accept further romantic gestures after the "Creepy" moodlet disappears? Well I just found out that Nraas's Woohooer allows for Incest. Can we have family members whho try to flirt with each other get the "Creeped Out" moodlet too?

I finally figured out that AwesomeMod can't let teens move out via the phone or computer. So I went to edit town and tried to split  the household. The trouble is, when I tried to move my teen Sims out of the house, They had no money. I split the household and moved an adult out and he got half the family funds. But the teens get nothing. Is there a fix or workaround for this? Or better, does anyone know of a mod that allows Ts3 teens to move out on their own via the phone or computer?
