The comma belongs after 'dogs', not 'punctuation'.
If you're going to shout, shout correctly.
I believe that's called a 'period', not a 'comma'.
If you're going to shout, STFU.
I sit partially corrected. You're right. That is a period in the original post. The single space and lack of proper capitalization, coupled with my slightly fading eyesight, had me fooled. But there should still be a comma after 'dogs'.
If I was going to shout, I'd use the caps lock key.
