Because I made the erroneous assumption that since there was another thread pertaining to tech support of other things, I could safely post here... 

Anyway, it seems to be connected with an invisible sim, and not any of the addons.  I couldn't (discover a way to) delete, kill, or reset this sim, so the 2-hour old OTHER save file had to be reverted to.

The wife is suddenly having an issue trying to call people (in Sims 3).  When the majority of her characters reach for any phone, the action cancels itself, no matter how many times she tries to call someone...

Has anyone else ran into this sort of issue?
