is there a mod to keep the value of furniture from going down?

im still confused. bascially all i want to do is make all of my carreers pay 10x more a day.

i can not find anything whatsoever to show me how to edit the default careers for my game. i don't want to add careers i just want to change the ones that came with game. sooo...can anyone help me out here?

is there a trick to sunbathe and always get a tan rather than no effect or sunburn?
