57  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Broken toilet&sink on: 2006 June 22, 00:05:43
Yes That is just what I plan on doing now that it works right again.I was just doing a little organising of my downloads first.I figure if I do a little at a time it doesn't feel like such a chore. Then it wont be so hard to prune them down to a low roar. Grin
58  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Broken toilet&sink on: 2006 June 21, 23:52:45
Yes I am very happy I found it.I had resigned my self to a few hours of agonising over my downloads. I was very lucky it was that easy. Smiley
59  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Broken toilet&sink on: 2006 June 21, 22:02:33
It wasn't a hack persay It was a download object. I found it with clean installer. It was a baby bath that I had downloaded. it was showing up in red in the  installer I removed it and all is well. I went to the creators site and she had already fixed it. Smiley

I think you are reading my mind that is what I am doing right now Grin I figured I better do this first then start sorting the downloads
62  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Broken toilet&sink on: 2006 June 21, 21:04:52
Yes I figure it might be a download so I have already started the process.I am hopeing that it won't take to long Sad I need to thin my downloads out any way but really wasn't ready to do it yet .Oh well I just hope that is what it is and not a more serious problem.

         Thanks for trying ZZ  Smiley

It is all sinks and toilets Custom and Maxis .the tubs and showers are all fine.It is all Sims on all lots in all neighborhoods Also they can use the toilets  it is when they flush them that they jump. Also they cna wash dishes but that is all.
64  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Broken toilet&sink on: 2006 June 21, 20:32:22
Could someone look at this and tell me what is wrong.Everytime one of my sims uses the toilet they jump when they flush it.
Also I don't have most options on any of the sinks. They can wash dishes and bath the baby but that is all.No wash hands, no drink. Those options are not there.

I  have taken all CC out and it is not my Hacks but when I take the Downloads folder out they all work fine I removed all of the CC toilets and sinks I could find but it still is doing it.
Any help at all would be great. Thanks in advance.

Oh also I forgot to say this is game wide. It happens with all sims and in every neighborhood.

They do have some but they won't overide the NPC cars.
66  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Downtownies get off the phone! on: 2006 June 21, 00:06:34
My sims are getting the calls too and I have the new phone hack in.
67  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Driveways on: 2006 June 21, 00:00:30
That's really useful - now my Veronaville which has all Victorian stuff and hansom cabs etc. doesn't have to have a modern driveway!  All I need now is to do something about the NPC cars!

I wonder if the NPC cars could be modded to period vehicles?

Thanks SaraMK I have copied your instructions to note pad and will do this. I am so happy that I can now save this hood for use over again Smiley
70  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Saving a Neighborhood on: 2006 May 30, 18:49:08
I thought of that but then I would have all the Sims in that one too.I would then have to do the Dac everytime I wanted to use it. Hmm unless I did it that way once then saved the new one.
71  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Saving a Neighborhood on: 2006 May 30, 18:40:58
Ok I searched but couldn't find what I need to know .So shoot me if it's already been discussed or is a really stupid question.

I made this really neat New neighborhood (was inspired by JadeElliots Isle of Thyme post) and I set it all up and moved in my Sims.I have been playing it all week and I really like the layout of this small Hood,so I decided I wanted to save it to use again sometime but I don't want to have to decorate and build the town again. My question is how can I package it with out the Playable Sims and townies and still keep the one in my game intact? What steps would I have to do to insure that both the one in my game stays as is and the new one be a clean neighborhood with the decorations and buildings for future use. Sorry if this isn't to clear.
Oh and I don't have  a Downtown,Uni or Shopping district attached. It's just the base hood.
72  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Error logs on: 2006 May 28, 15:35:14
It sounds like they are hitting the delete button on the error popup. instead of the  reset button in game.
73  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: No autonomous 'jump on beds'? on: 2006 May 23, 00:11:51
Well, these work in the same way (from MTS2 as well) and I put them in because they were necessary to the house - I don't know if you read the "Cat Who" books, but I was trying to build the applebarn house for one of my sim families.  It should have a spiral ramp round the walls, but I had to settle for stairs, but at least the spiral staircase looks right - interestingly, though, the sims never use it to take the toddler up and down!

I love the Cat Who books have read everyone. Now I need to go find the spiral stairs Smiley
74  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How do you make a user startup cheat file? on: 2006 May 22, 01:25:00
