I'm not an expert 'cause I've only got one sim that cares about gardening, but he got the option for garden club membership once. After that he could call for inspections at the 72 hour period, but he never had to get membership again. *shrug* I don't know anything so I'm most likely wrong. He's had about 15 inspections though... only had to gain membership once.

I thought joining == getting membership. After you've got a membership you can get inspected.

Look back at the old DI on this site, the first pages of RL and you'll see it well done. People just got to stuffy I think and that took the fun away.

That would explain why I've got earring that you can layer every single colour on at once. My OCD would love something that can let me organise things my way. Easily.

The DI is quite good if it's taken the right way... which mostly it isn't. The BBS can be good too, if you can avoid all the stupidness of it. Sometimes you'll get some good information there.

I haven't had cutscenes in my game since just after it was released. They got old fast.

Apparently the woohoo ones are dirty and not needed, they should be pulled from the game so the children can't see them. Please think of the children!

I have no other programs running, nothing that's using this file. I've run it straight after restarting and I've tried swearing at it. Loudly. I'm running the seasons version of SimPE. The old files aren't becoming disabled as I'm accustomed to.
Does anyone know what to do?

Doing it Pescado's way seems more intelligent. This way you can just pick out the ones you want, and leave the rest. Or you could take them all and sell the ones you don't want

Would this be able to be tweaked to cover not wanting a car if there's not driveway on a lot?

I'd assume that anything that can be put in your inventory could be gifted. I always forget about being able to give gifts so I haven't tried it.

I love the idea that the average person gets enough belly button dirt in their life to grow a small plant. 

I hate the word navels/navals. Belly Button is much much nicer.

Only in buildings where the walls flash red and the pets sink.
