I'd like that single earring from Showtime...I haven't seen that one.  TSR has a single "pirate" earring, but it is the dangle kind...I don't care for it much.

Does anyone have a crapified or decrapified version of the stairs from Barnacle Bay that match the rope fence?  There was a link to a download that is no longer available.  I just reinstalled Barnacle Bay and really want those stairs!  Thank you, Runesong

I agree.  I didn't want to download InLivid and avoided it for a long time.  But I wanted this set so I made the decision to download InLivid and did not whine or ask for someone to upload it on another mirror.  Be grateful someone was willing to make this available and if you don't want InLivid, then do without the set.

Wow, that is -- completely fucking hideous.  If it were any more garish and unappealing, they'd slap Katy Perry's name on it and sell it for twice as much.

Jezzer got that right.

I've had the problem with the Wishing Well and twice with the Poker Table...I re-installed to get them back.

The Fairy stuff is great...but really...more Katy Perry?

I had purchased the Pets Limited Edition which was supposed to include a link to the pet store venue that only came with the limited edition.  My computer crashed back in March and now I am in the process of trying to retrieve all of the downloads I used to have.  Seems there is a problem with the EA site and a link to the pet store venue download...surprise!  Thanks EA!  I have searched the internet trying to find the name of the pet store and can't seem to find that either.  I looked in the downloads on this site, not a word about it.  Does anyone have a link to it?  Thank you, Morrighan (Runesong)

I'm sure you won't be surprised but after examining my files over and over, I found that the reason I couldn't get Awesome Mod to work was because I had done something wrong.  It is working now and I'm a happy camper.  Thanks to the folks who posted the correct instructions.  Morrighan (Like anyone will care but I'm still thanking you.)

Is awesome mod required to use the store packages?  My computer crashed 3 months ago and I can't seem to get awesome to work now.

Does anyone know if there is a mod that will enable the martial arts tournament in your hometown?  I get so tired of my Sims traveling to China...my computer is slow and the load times are awful.

Does this world work with the Pet update?

When I try to install the gym and the salon, nothing happens, but the nightclubs and park installed normally...I will load up the game soon and see how they are.  Thank you Brownlustgirl for the link... Grin

Simprograms said there were 5 new lots, 2 discos, a park, a gym and I can't remember what the other one was, but it is on the Polish site.  I looked around on the US site and couldn't find anything.

I never tried to pretend that my computer skills didn't suck...I said that from the beginning.  At least you can't whine about my grammer or spelling.  And while we're at it, Witch...can you tell me what the Rune Gates are?  If not, then search moor.

Ok, I saved it, now what do I do with it?  I am sorry to be such a bother...but I am completely out of my league here.

I clicked the "Here it is" link and this is what I got:

Yes, I have done some research and discovered that this was an XML edit, however, I don't have the tools to do this and I am chickenshit to try it anyway.  I know that you have to go into "venues" and at the bottom add "add drink _____".  But that is as much as I have found out.  And I stand corrected regarding the 42 drinks/snowclones.
43  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Pudding Factory is for downloads: put your lame requests & WCIFs here on: 2011 September 28, 16:45:36
I have a lame request...I'm looking for a mod that would be very convenient for us who like to play SMALL towns.  The mod would be for the mixology skill.  Simply, that ONE night club would serve EVERY drink so a Sim could max out all 42 mixology drinks in one place.  I've searched the internet...and then I searched moor...I don't think anyone has done this.  Thank you, and now I will hide under my desk and wait until you all quit throwing shit at me...  Smiley  (I'll be very disappointed if you don't throw any shit at me.)

I am always excited to see what new sets EA puts out each month...I usually like MOST of them.  The March sets are pretty awful.  I think I'll have to make an insane Sim to use them.

So, is there any other solution for this BB problem than trying and trying or playing with strange named sims and lots?

Decrapify it properly, then double click it, the in game installer will install, then play the game. It's not hard. And just to shut you up I wrote a tutorial for a different forum HERE. Now remember, don't fuck it up and you might have to sign up to see it.

I'm so technically challenged that I have been afraid to try the decrapifier, instead I have just waited until someone decrapified the files and then posted them.  I saw this message yesterday and decided to give it a try.  Wow!!!  Thank you so much.  It was as easy as you said it would be!  Oh, and it worked...

I read in the German/United Kingdom news and events that you can also grab a "Bavarian Bistro". It appears to be unavailable at the moment.

Could you post a link anyway?  I'll keep checking it.

Wow!  Thank you Claeric!  I always wondered how that partial wall was created.  I think you made it all look very simple and I can't wait to try it...    Grin

Flabaliki over at Sim Supply has made a few really awesome and easy to follow tutorials on connecting garages to houses built on foundations.  I think there is also a tutorial on stairs.  Try this one:  http://thesimsupply.com/showthread.php?tid=38

If I can do it, anyone can...
