A few weeks ago when dell had to put in the third cd/dvd drive in my computer, they said that I had to have a new install of windows because all my files were messed up but when they told me what to do over the phone.  I ended up with a folder in my os under program files, under windows that says "windows old".  I don't want all those files on my computer but I hate to call them, it takes forever to get through to them and then you get some foreign person and I can never understand what they are saying.    My friend said that did some kind of restore instead of a clean install.

what is wrong with this goofy man.  Everytime I open up bodyshop he is on there with this goofy beard.  I don't even have any hair that is attached to a beard. I did have but I deleted all of them and even the cass thumbnails. I did not delete the mesh because I don't know what mesh it is, but as soon as I swith to a different hair, the beard disappears. The mesh should come up as an orphan in Delphy's download org. but is does not.   Here is a picture of the stupid thing.

OMG, forgive me for laughing but that is the funniest thing I have ever seen.  Once in my old game before my computer died, I had a woman whos mother was a cat.  For real.  That was definaltely funny too.   

I think it is belladonna.  I took out all of my hacks and it still crashes when anybody goes downtown.  There is no way I am buying M&G, as I am having enough trouble with AL.   I think they just threw the last e-packs togeather so they could concentrate on sims3. Bunch of f--ing assholes at EA.   

I have one sim with a high aspiration level and he was able to infulence a smelly sim to take a shower but none of my other sims have that option.  Or maybe it was just a fluke. 

Hi,  yes Suinge said that you had a witch alignment in your new lot debugger but when I read it,  it did not say anything about the witch alignment.  I sure would like to have that.   thanks   

I am sorry that I offe ded you Annion but I don't have a  spell checker on mine and just what did I spell wrong?   I will get a dictionary, that is if the words are 5 feet big.  I can hardly see a thing up close since I had cataract surgery  and the goofy  eye doctor made me some bifocals that are out  of this world.   I hope you were not so upset that you couldn't sleep last night.    Some people are so mean to kids and elderly people that it is a shame.

 I have replacement default paintings and I had a sim make one on a recolored ordinary easel,   but when I tried to hang it on the wall the painting would not come off of the easel but I could delete the easel with the painting on it. 

Is this a bug or can you not have default replacement paintings in free time.    The only thing I did different today was install   Ikea.

thanks Pesci,  I didn't even think of the dorm specific tools because I thought it only worked in University.   That is way cool.   

 What do you mean by long string files.   Do you mean files that have a lot of numbers and no name.   I ran the Hack Conflict and nothing came up in there that would conflict with anything else in there,  but I will do a search for anything that says moneywell or computer.

 I am sorry but I am back again.  I sent Mortimor and his girlfriend on vacation and the maid got stuck in the bathroom.  I couldn't shoo her or react with her in any kind of way.
  Well, they were both filthy because they had been looking for bugs and she would not get out of the way and they could not take a bath.   I used the boolprop cheats on her and I tried to kill her or move her or something but you know in the BV lots there is no build mode while a sim is there and no hand to pick her up.  I finally just sent them both home.

 I have your vacation fixes and two from SW to fix the maid and bellhop and I never had any trouble before.  Is there some other fix to get to keep the maid from getting stuck or you think it is a hack I have?    I wanted to kill that maid really bad.   

oh yeah and something else weird happened while I was in debug mode trying to get rid of that maid,  a moneywell computer came up and said something about what kind of lot I was on and I don't have any hacked computers except for the one that the man used to bring.  It was really weird. 

yes,  I got BV but I did not notice it in there because I got them both about the same time.  I miss it but I am glad it was not my game that was broke.

I just can't understand why EA can't make one game compatable with the one before it.  They give you something new and take away something else.    That sucks.

 I had a wedding party the other day and the limo did not come.  I had a block buster party or whatever they call it, but the limo did not come  since I installed free time. 
 Well I have the visitors stay longer hack but I have always had that and the limo  would  still come with my other EP's.    I am pretty sure I updated to the latest one.   Did  this ever happen to anyone else where the limo did not show up?

I always delete the people in the bins that come with the game.  I guess all my hoods are furbed.  I never paid any attention to the warning.  They are so damn ugly.  I just delete them

Yes she is brand new with no gender preference.  I will get her attracted to someone and then try again, or else I will try the scope in one of my other hoods.  I hope I don't have to take out my hacks and put them back in a few at a time for I have a ton of them.  Yikes

I found that UIText in with my hacks but I did not put it there, that I can remember.  But I did have to edit my registry for BV because it came from the UK and the time was messed up.  It said  22:00 instead of like 2:00 am and so forth.  I had to change my language in BV from  English UK to English US but I followed the tutorial exactly.   The words that read when it is loading have always been in English.  But I got my last two HM and Free Time in the USA.   Maybe that is why I had that UItext thing in there.

Okay I just installed Free Time and my sim can't scope the room to find a date downtown.  I know I had this issue once before and it was either no auto. napping or no auto relax.  Why that would have anything to do with scope the room is beyond me.   Does anyone know if it is either of these?

Also I have a hack in my folder that says UIText.package.   What it is for I have no idea.   Does anyone know anything about such a hack?

I hardly ever see her anymore in sims2,  when I do she is usually bowling but in sims1 she was a holy terror.

  She used to beat my sims half to death with that darn purse if they even flirted. 

 I had some kind of hack where she came to your house in sims1,  she would beat you up in your own house for making out, even if you were married.   Sheesh!!   

  I had some kind of hack where she would wear an old fashion 1920 bathing outfit too,  it was a hoot.

thank you all so much.  I am getting ready to fix the language in my regestry.  Very good tutorial. 

 Would the corrupted clothes be an outfit of an elderly man or just anybodies clothes?   The elderly men are the only ones that cannot cycle through the clothes.  If taking out the download folder does not work,  I will have to reinstall.   No one has ever told me yet if they still had the original seasons hood after they installed BV or does everyone lose it?   I have the three original hoods again,  pleasantville, the alien hood and the victorian hood.  I will try it without the download folder and report back if this helped or not.   Thanks again everyone.
