TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / University Properties NEW!

This is the first in a series of Uni properties I am making that are specifically geared to maximize the efficiency of College Rampage, and skilling. They are all ACR and nouniprotect friendly as well. They are all going to be classified as residential lots until you changelotzoning dorm in the cheat window. I did it this way specifically so the downloader could redecorate, decorate, and landscape as they saw fit. All lots are lot files only, but do have bathroomusesyou, collegeclock, FFSlotdebugger, macrotastics launcher, and kickthecheat on them, so if you have all of these in your downloads folder they will show up There is no custom content included in the lot, it is built with only Maxis stuff - other than what I mentioned above. Here is a link to a folder with five images of the first lot. I will add other lots as I finish them. All lots are not played, but are extensively play tested. All lots are completely furnished. The most important part is the actual layout of the furnishings on the first floor, and bathroom/room placement. That is what the purpose of me building these are, so rearranging the furniture defeats the purpose ALL LOTS REQUIRE: Uni, NL, OFB, Pets, and Seasons. May require more, check new posts. FT get hacks HEREEnjoy First lot: Dorm 6-7 rooms, 3x3 lot. There is ample room in the backyard for a large pond, garden, or any other large outdoor items you may want to add. Easy to rearrange the bedrooms to create fewer and larger rooms, or make more space for career rewards or crafting tables. ETA more descriptive stuff, and bold stuff.

I got it after I set all of my graphics to high and restarted. Normally I keep lighting at medium because it never made much difference, but when I changed it to high I had the option next time I started up my game. I turned it off, though. No real use for it unless you are trying to find something buried in the snow.

Yay! No more spontaneous water combustion at all I hope? Like for outside hot tubs. Heat stroke makes sense, but not fire unless they filled the tub with gasoline

I have had it get stuck a couple of time, so I used the stuck object remover to get rid of it. I have also forced error and deleted, then I replace it with a new one, no problem. I think that happed during one of the updates, or it was installing Pets, only I didn't find out until much later because I have MANY lots to keep up with.

I make servos and shuffle them from lot to lot until the kids don't need a nanny-type. Baby controller helps a lot - especially if there is more than one rugrat

I haven't had the grocery weirdness at all. Seems that the one who arrived back immediately was just a random thing not related to the motorcycle, and it only happened that one time. I have successfully sent other sims on the same one and it works fine. Still no errors, and so far it seems to be working great. I send them out for 3 days straight to visit multiple lots while they are gone (like to the lake, then to the campground, back to the lake, to the motel, to the diner, etc.) without a hitch. Will test out the taxi version.
ETA: I have Uni, NL, OFB, Pets, and Seasons installed.

So far this is working well for me. I have only had one instance where the sim came back immediately, which I believe was due to him driving a custom motor cycle. I am going to try him again with a different vehicle. So far all of my other custom cars work fine. I send them camping for two or three days straight if they have the time off. No errors or glitches. The timing seems to be fine. I take screenshots of when they leave the house, and then leave the community lot to keep track of that. This was greatly needed, and is greatly appreciated. Baaaaa! Piper: I vaguely remember that issue with OFB, too. I have around 15 custom vehicles in my game. Haven't checked with all of them yet, but I will be.

I've been getting an error when lightning hits the ivy trellis you buy under trees (not the new trellis/plant objects) when it tries to catch fire. It seems the game can't spawn the fire correctly for it.
ETA:
This MUST be a bug. It does not make sense that servos are in danger of water damage and running amok while cleaning a shower that is not even on, yet they can go outside and throw water balloons at each other in the rain without a hitch. If it isn't a bug, it should be considered one.

Oddly enough...The GTA: San Andreas packaging says roughly: Violence, Partial Nudity, Sexual Situations, etc....that was just a load of crap designed to cost taxpayers money. The Hot Coffee mod was less explicit than sims making out on the couch. In fact, from all of the screenshots I have had to endure of it, I would say it is little more than a very pixellated blur of a wannabe sex minigame. I am glad it wasn't included in the final release. My lovely senator (Hillary) had a lot to do with that. I called her office and wrote her letters, as well as emailed her about it. There are far more important things to worry about than games that stick to their ratings.

I had something similar happen once. It was a residential lot that I had changed to community, but I forgot to put a phonebooth and trashcan on it before exiting and then it became unclickable. I ended up sending a sim to visit it and used the dorm tools cheat to buy as phone booth while he was there. Then I changed it to residential and used the Insimenator to enable save. I suppose you could have a sim buy it and fix it that way, too.

I have just been putting it over the open/close sign, and that is working really well. I have been using this where the red one clashes with the theme of the store. This was a good idea, Flamingo Baaaaaaa
