Someone just discovered that putting a bed into an inventory causes the ghost to think you deleted it.

Not to mention getting out of the hot tub every 3 seconds because she doesn't like swimwear.  Also love how she can see that a sim is naked/in the shower and lecture him from a different floor.  Took me forever to figure out what's going on.

I wondered why my sim parents do not get their "Kid goes to college" wants filled, even though they clearly arrived at the dorm and grew up into YAs.   Next time I'll make them stand by the taxi and see them off.  Maybe that will help?
