That would depend on your opinion of Vista. I mean, Emma likes it. Others are not so fond of it.

I love how every motive decayed except for social and environment. Is it only a one-time effect, or do the user's motives gradually decreases from sitting on it?

They continue to decay as normal after sitting on it. Comfort will slowly improve again as the heated seat becomes comfier.
