Title: Post-mortem affairs come back in OFB? Post by: AllenABQ on 2006 August 02, 01:04:07 I haven't been playing in awhile, virtually a newbie to OFB.
I have been using JMP's marriage-postmortem hack since it was first made available, and I have the latest version from last April. But in my game I have a guy who went out to"get some" for the first time following the death of his wife, and now he's got a memory of having an affair. Never encountered this problem with spouses of the deceased before. Did some awful Maxian code come back with OFB? Title: Re: Post-mortem affairs come back in OFB? Post by: J. M. Pescado on 2006 August 02, 01:31:30 No, but the bug "sticks" once it has happened to a specific sim, so upgrading the hack or your game won't undo it. You have to manually reset preexisting problems with SimPE.

Is it more than just eliminating the affair memory? I can do that easy enough. Yes, you have to go into the sim's relationships panel in SimPE, highlight the deceased spouse, and uncheck the box that says 'married' to his/her late spouse.
