Title: Game freezes when my sims tries to get mail, in Seasons Post by: cyperangel on 2013 January 06, 15:59:57 I have all the expansions packs, and all but two of the stuff packs, and my game is patched to 1.42. I use win 7, and the game runs smoothly under all circumstances except the one mentioned below.
I have AM installed as well. My game freezes whenever my sim tries to get mail out of the mailbox, on all saves, and with different sims, in different saves. I have googled the error, and it seems to be EAxian, but there is no readily available fix for it, that I have found. I did a search here as well, and found nothing, so I figured I would ask those that are wiser than me in the ways of Sims if you perhaps know of a solution (Other than the obvious "Don't ever get mail again stupid!") I await the poking with pointy sticks and ridicule. Thank you in advance from a long time lurker.
