Title: Windows 7 Patch? Post by: vlcroman on 2011 September 04, 05:51:35 I just got a new computer with Windows 7, and when I installed The Sims 2, I got a message from the Program Compatiblility Assistant that "This program has known compatibility problems." When I click the button for "check for solutions online" it opens a new window with a link to download the update, and sends me to the site http://thesims2.ea.com/update/index.php, where I'm told
Oops! This link appears broken. DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. I'm at my wits end and hope someone here can help. Thanks in advance. Title: Re: Windows 7 Patch? Post by: Jeebus on 2011 September 04, 14:08:32 Ignore the message. Sims 2 should run just fine on Windoze 7.
