Its the All Banged Up (nice coincidence huh?) hair, from December store contents. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/1003/emino/The%20Sims%203/ScreenShot053.jpg) Personally I think its one of the store's better looking hair for guys, and they know it too, since they are selling it for 100 points. But its borked. The hair only shows up in Casualwear. You cant have it if your sims in their pajamas, speedos, gym clothes etc. So I extract it. Open it. Tick all other clothes. Commit and save.
