Title: Less autonomous fighting v2
Post by: crammyboy on 2005 November 04, 06:17:04

Install into downloads

Sims will only fight if in a bad mood.
V2 will let sims fight more.

May need tweaking, so let me know.

For Nightlife & OFB only

thank you Crammyboy! Maybe I will finally be able to repair Angela  and Liliith's relationship, I retstarted Pleasantview recently I've been trying to make the girls like each other but it's been a losing battle. Everytime I get there leationshop anywhere near postive they get into a fight again and I have to start all over again.

They will still fight, but they have to be in the mood for it. And not at the expence of eating or peeing. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for this! I was sick of Benjamin Long and Kennedy Cox fighting every 5 minutes! ;D

This won't conflict.  This only modifies the tests.

I noticed no one has really said anything so...
I haven't had any fights at all since I installed this. I had quite a few before so I know it is working. Maybe to well. I'll go mess with my sims for a bit and see if I can angle any of them into autonomous fights.

All my sims do is sneer at each other...I have noticed they are less likely to be 'furious' at each other too :)

I've had one fight since installing this mod. Two dormies went at it. Silly dormies.

This seems to conflict with your Normal-clothes-on-community-lots mod.  When I have them both in the game, I get the dreaded endless loading screen loop when I try to go downtown.  Either file on its own is fine.

I don't think your problem is related to these hacks.  I have both of them in the game and no problems loading downtown lots.  Which lot are you having problems with?

Cold Issue Clothing is the lot I can't get into.  Those were the only two hacks I had in-game at that point... if I removed either one from my downloads folder the lot would load fine.

I haven't tried any other downtown lots.  I probably ought to experiment a bit more.

Do you by any chance have the commlightson hack? There was an issue with some downtown lots loading with that hack.

Only two hacks? The normal clothes hack needs the clothing event fix. And you should have the clothing event fix in anyway.

This mod seems to have stopped *all* fighting, just like PlaidSquirrel  reported.

I made two dormies -100/-100 to eachother, maxed all their needs, but they still won't fight.

V2 is more likely to get fighting, but not from sims in a good mood.

Thanks for this!  I will definitely give this a try in my game before installing OFB!

Wonder how this would work with my violence hack. I wanted to make a hack that allowed yout o choose to fight whenever you wanted, but didn't know how to change the desire. Result? Constant brutal violence (and a laugh).

Combined this may be what I wanted in the first place.

Beat the crap out of people like Goopy for coming near your woman!
