You know the drill by now, rules copypasta'd to follow. Find us the ugliest, most unadoptable pets you've seen. We want the freaks and the mutants of the animal world, including horses, chooks or anything else purported to be a pet.

Pretty plainly pets are preferred, pending 'pproval from the Presidente.


Judges will be shanghaied along the way, rules might change as we see fit.
And just because an item is technically disqualified doesn't mean you can't post a picture for us to point and laugh at.

The poor thing looks anything but happy - more :o to me. This is like people in real life who breed dogs with squashed up "cute" (ugly) faces so badly they can't even breathe. Ugh. I hate people who call themselves animal lovers but really are just obsessed with fashion.

Gator dog's grin is simply great, the beast looks like a corrupt politician in the middle of a campaign.

You can see these don't look right even from the preview pics. The only ones that look close to what they're meant to be are Growlithe, Arcanine, Houndour, and Houndoom, and those all have something noticably wrong with them as well.

If Corpso wasn't that undernourished he might pass for the Electabuzz way better than the attempt shown above.

Maybe it's the huge amount of Lemsip and cough sweets I've consumed during the past couple of days talking here, but I think some of those are rather cute and show a fair bit of imagination. The green one looks a bit like a skull though...

Yeah, they're not half as bad as AgentStoner's. Mostly just weird coat-colours. First one sort of makes me want to download it and name it Jabba the Cat, though. That is one fat pet. :D

I blame this contest for the extremely disturbing dream I had last night. I was traveling somewhere in a train and, in a refridgerated section, they had all these boxes with stuffed animals in them. Come to find out, they were actually kitties, still alive, mutilated to look like other things. Some of them obviously couldn't live for long as they were, but I stole quite a few and took them to the vet to see if I could get them fixed.

I have the Slugmar in game.  It is actually quite wonderous to behold, the coat and markings are incredible and remind me of those custom beetle-esque (multi-hued insect iridescent) paint jobs you used to see on cars in the early 90's.

Well, I guess the picture doesn't do it justice, then. But it doesn't look all that alien to me. Just a dog with big ears and weird colour-coating and a scrunched-up nose.

BTW, I love paint jobs on cars.

If he can haz be part of judge panel this month, good luck to him. My head went asplodie last month trying to judge. The best More Awful Than You!s are the hardest to judge. :P

Unfortunately anyone who volunteers is automagically disqualified. People who ask who are to be the judges often get roped in, but there are no guarantees. If they ask on purpose, that's a disqualification too.  :P

I think the pets that are trying to look like other animals are the worst. I'd be scared if I met that rabbit at night in a garden. Unless I lived near a nuclear powerplant of course.

Not all of them are that bad XD I have seen a few good foxes but to try to turn a dog into a rabbit That's not going to work!

They have scared me since I saw a kangaroo-dog. Eesh, points for the concept, but still scary!

I saw one on the MST2 that was a dog that looked like a fox. It was very cute looking.

I've downloaded both a dog and a cat fox, both look great, but the cat acts more appropriate.  I also have a few racoon-like pets downloaded.  I use them for strays.

The kangaroo-dog freaked me out too.  Mostly because no matter how much it might look like a kangaroo, it will still act like a dog.  Kangaroos should not bark, chase the postman or dig up the back yard!

Oh I dunno, ever had sheep or encountered a deer? We had one really nasty Ewe that would chase you down and that bleat of hers sounded a lot like a growl. As for Deer, they can be pretty nasty as well, chase you down, do some damage and a friend of my mothers had some tame ones that did dig in the yard with their hooves, not with the interest that a dog has, but digging none the less. No barking from the deer though.

I love those sheep/dogs! They are not awful at all.

I saw one small dog breed that looked like a little lamb. It was much cuter than the big sheep. It's the mouth that gets me. It's obviously a dog's muzzle.

I'm actually acquainted with a cow, Herman, who thinks he is a dog. He frolics around as if he were one and he plays fetch. Don't know about the meat eating, though.

The coat looks like multicoloured poo, the legs are unnaturally thin as though they are sticks, the eyes completely scare the crap out of me, yeah, it's only cute when it's growling at you.

Oh yeah... I knew there was something else bugging me about this cat, and now I realise it's his front legs. Too long and skinny for a plump body.
