In my main neighborhood the only guy who currently builds any type of robots is an elder and he sells them from his home. I don't want him to open a community lot business. I wanted one sim family to buy a Servo so I had him build the Servo then kept it in the back room. When a member of the family came to the store I marked it for sale and had him immediately show it to that sim. Voila! The sale was made.

Then you can see if they will shop on their own, or sell them things. |
