Title: Green arrow under objects solid?
Post by: Akharra on 2005 December 05, 19:04:52
Hi!  I just started a new custom neighborhood and when I went on a lot to build a house I noticed that the green arrow that shows on the floor under an object was solid green. Is this bad? Sorry if this is a stupid question! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What do you mean by solid, that there is no arrow image but just a solid square? Or that it's not translucent? Did it look different before? In my game it's always a non-transparent, bright green arrow, as far as I remember.

Instead of the edges of the arrow being green and the interior see through, the entire arrow is green. It is a solid, green block. I can place items fine and they seem to work o.k., I just don't want to put in alot of time and effort if the neighborhood is BFBVFS! Thank you for your reply.

I've seen that a few times but not for awhile now. It never seemed to cause any problems and I've been playing the same neighborhood since installing Nightlife.

Maybe it depends on your graphics settings.  NL does reconfigure them, so maybe you are on a lower setting than you were before.
