This has been my experience, yes, and it doesn't restrict you at all from getting all 33 (note: there are actually 33 LTW, not 32).
All right, I'll bite. I've lurk MATY, Sims3, etc and haven't seen this mentioned. I've searched but haven't found. Which one am I missing?

oh my god there's a sprinkler? I've been watering all my damn plants by hand >:c
I had the hardest time finding it at first. If you're looking at objects grouped by room, it's under "Outdoors". Then click on the football icon (Activities). The water sprinkler is there. I guess it's there because Sims can play in it, but it works perfectly well as a garden sprinkler. Am I the ONLY person who cannot use the Upgrade option on the sprinklers? I'm not even kidding. I have had several sims, handy or not, up to level 10 handiness... and they have never had the option on the sprinklers to upgrade them. o.o I really want to upgrade my sprinklers! How come I can't? I tried removing all my mods, but that didn't do anything. It boggles my mind. Make sure the sprinkler is turned off. You won't get the option to upgrade it when it is on.

The "Can't Stand Art" variation on that painting is very Donny Darko.
- Gus
In my (admittedly stupid) legacy game, I have no artistic offspring. I may make the one "can't stand art" sprog paint the official portraits of all of his generation to torture him. Should be fun, as most of the sib group has rolled evil, most with either insane, neurotic or something else interesting to go with it.

I eventually got all 3 for each of them. On one it was very quick, just about a sim week. On the other two I never thought it would happen and then they finally did. Two of them were level 10 before they got the eggplant opportunity. That's what I get for having a huge garden full of money trees and life fruit - each new gardener levels up to 10 in a few days.
Hmm, maybe I just need to be more patient then. It has been a long time though. Still, I think the odds on getting those opportunities could be tweaked a bit better to make them higher. They aren't just random opportunities but really necessary to round out the skill and fully master gardening as one of the bonuses for the skill requires you to grow one of every type of plant in the game. I'll agree to that. Tying these opportunities to the master gardner should make the opportunities come faster/easier. I have another house (my legacy one) and the founder is about to die. She's been level 10 since she was a young adult, and no opportunity. The kids have a great garden, but no egg/cheese/burger/steak/omni plants. Maybe in this next generation.

I've had 3 different sims get these opportunities. One got the cheese/egg opportunity right away, one got it right after hitting level 10, one got it weeks later. You'll get it eventually. Or your sim will die waiting unless you keep feeding him or her ambrosia.
Did you get all 3 or just the egg and cheese one? I got the egg and cheese one fairly early on but it's been several sim weeks and still no meat or omni, though I have been making use of the omni plant growing outside the science lab.

I had the long queue of repeats, all sleeping orders. They all were the same, the status bar filled on all of the icons at the same time. It went away after the sim woke up. This was on a sim that did not have SupCom enabled. I had to go to work, will check again when I get home to see if it still happening.
I'm still getting sims go to idle if I order them to collect seeds or collect everything, but they are fine with collect bugs or collect rocks. Works OK if I get them off the lot first. They go to the corner of the house and hang out. If I order work out while they are on the lot - either cardio or strength - they run back and forth from the tv to the outside. Again, works fine if I get them off the lot first.
This first part should go in the bugginess thread, no? Just realized as I'm looking at the thread title, but following on the earlier comments.
Requests for Supreme Commander:
- task - garden is only available after skill is at 10, but I sometimes want the sim to garden to skill up and not to read. Can task - garden be added even if the skill is not complete?
- it's a ton of fine-tuning but would it be possible to separate down the collection so they just collect one type of seed/one type of rock etc? I'm sick of collecting rare seeds and space rocks when I want special seeds and gems. Not really a big deal, just a Christmas wish.

If you want a work-around for now, just use the "disableclothingfilter on" command. You won't get the pregnant belly, you won't get the invisible body, but you will still get the arched back walk and all the other parts of pregnancy. I've done this for my few male sim pregnancies. I'm holding off on any new ones until our superior leader adds the baby vat to the science center, then I'm back in business.

This is interesting. What is this "Manage the Dead"? I saw many Sims dieing from old age and actually I get a message that someone is going to die of old age, so that Sims can visit them before they die. But I never saw their tombstones anywhere in the graveyard. It seemed that they just vanished as soon as the grim left. Are they saved somewhere? Are they retrievable? I emptied out the Pleasant graveyeard when I rebuilt my empty hood and would like to fill it up with Sims that really dies in my new hood.
Visit the graveyard, click on the mausoleum and you'll have an option to manage the dead. It pops up like an inventory button, you can hover over the tombstones (game calls them urns) and see who it is. Just place in your sim's inventory like any other object.

I haven't.... It isn't something I am too interested in. I usually check shit out before I post it so sorry that I didn't.
Are you getting the woohoo interaction? If not then you need to do more romance interactions. Either that or have them both relax on the bed and see if the try for baby thing comes up.
No worries about not checking it out, I thank you for the heads up. I am using this couple to crank art and books. One is chained to an easel, the other a typewriter. I have them woohoo every night to get the social and fun bars up to max before bed. No issues getting them to woohoo like crazy, just no "try for baby." I did switch one to female in CAS, knocked "her" up, switched her back to male for the pregnancy. I used a code (something like "enable clothingmesh false, not quite right, don't have in front of me) and never had an issue with invisible bodies.

It means that if I have silver that costs 40$, then after smelting I'll get 40*1.75 = 70$. Not worth it. Basicly Iron and Silver are never worth it.
With this information one can decide if it is worth to cut or smelt something or not.
Finding all the types of ore will result in getting more ingots back from smelting than you send. I've made more off of smelting silver and getting extra ingots than the cost of the smelting, but not much more. I just sell silver and iron, smelt gold, palladium and plutonium. Extra plutonium ingots is a nice perk.

I just tried this. I used the "disableclothingfilter on" command and changed his everyday outfit to tighty whiteys with no shirt before the impregnation and he wore them until the baby was hatched. He did not suffer floating head syndrome. He didn't get a belly bump but he did waddle around with his back arched. His family was able to use all the normal pregnancy interactions.
Just did the same thing, worked as you said. Some funky stuff with Parker's avatar looking like his female-self even after remaking him male, but that changed back after a bit. Of course I had given both the guys the fertility treatment, so they had triplet boys.

I have my astronaut sim do gem collecting a couple of days each week. In about 100 total days (so about 20 collecting days) he has only found 1 pink diamond. It was on the hill above the stadium, only time I've ever seen a gem there at all. The only rainbow gem he's found was by dumpster diving. He's found well over 200 space rocks, over 300 metals, and about 200 gems. I keep selling off the low-cost gems and cheap metals. I've kept the better gems after being cut and the metals after being smelted in the family inventory for future needs.
By the way, if you are looking for the last metal, I first found plutonium in the valley between simhenge and the Goth's house.
And having him jog between collecting sites was a nice, easy way to improve his athletic skill.
