thats what i did!
i took the one in the folder out and replaced it with the downloaded one,
and i still have the censor.

can someone please help me?
i dont have the Shaders_Win32.7z file

i downloaded this patch and replaced the other file.
but when i go to play my game it still has the censor.
help?
