1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: THE MUNICIPALITY NEEDS YOU! SUPPORT THE MUNICIPALITY! on: 2010 November 26, 03:53:49
I wish I could donate more than $10 USD, but I am a poor college student.

That worked.  Thanks!
3  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Buy/Build Mode Issues on: 2010 January 20, 01:46:47
I accidentally (the whole thing) deleted my sim's pregnancy token before the pop-up box to name the babies showed up.  My buy and build mode are still disabled.  I think the game still thinks she's giving birth, even though she's not and the pregnancy token for it is nowhere to be found.  Is there any way to get my lot back to normal, or is it borked?
4  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Missing Character Data on: 2009 July 03, 16:56:58
Like bye-bye neighborhood screwed?

I just wanna know how to get rid of this thing, but if the neighborhood is borked, I could just make a new one.
5  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Missing Character Data on: 2009 July 03, 16:34:32
I have a sim with missing character data after what I am going to assume was a bad lot load.

I wish to delete this sim, but every time I start with the "Deleted 2" process, the game crashes to the desktop.

How do I delete this sim?
6  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: WTF are these dog-like things borking my game? on: 2009 June 12, 22:10:44
Those are what dogs are supposed to look like when you tell the game to treat them as Human in SimPE, correct?

Is this local to just one neighborhood?  Or is it in all of them?
7  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / I broke something... on: 2009 June 12, 22:06:07
Something is broken, but I am not awesome enough to be able to read Error Logs.

I get this error, repeatedly, no matter how many times I hit "Reset," "Cancel," or "Delete."

At first, it was just with the two men of the house, one an elder, the other an adult.  I turned off Free Will and turned on the Auto Idle function for Macrotastics and this solved the problem until today.  Now I get a repeated error for whichever sim is selected at the time.  Not even deleting them and bringing them back works.

I have everything up to Apartment Life.

Also, there's an Excel spreadsheet sitting in my log folder now called "OETreeDelete.xls."

Edited because I forgot to attach the error log.  *facepalm*

Edit 2: I finally found that the problem had something to do with bedmaking.  I deleted the beds they were trying to make and the problem was solved.
8  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Oops- Occupied Lots in the Lot Bin on: 2009 January 19, 19:09:00
IIRC you should find unlinked characters in BatBox menus, under Default family (evicted characters usually go there).
Nobody in that family was in "Default."
9  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Oops- Occupied Lots in the Lot Bin on: 2009 January 18, 22:02:53
I figured it was a good idea NOT to put it back in the neighborhood.  I had made that mistake once before and had to get rid of the neighborhood.

Where can I find the "Unlinked" section?
10  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Oops- Occupied Lots in the Lot Bin on: 2009 January 17, 16:32:21
I accidently put an occupied lot in the lot bin, instead of moving out the family like I wanted to.

I was planning on deleting this (entire) family with the Deleted 2 method, but they don't appear on the Batman Box now that they're in the lot bin.

I don't care about either the family or the lot, so how can I go about deleting them?
11  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Watch Me Make This Cheat Box Disappear! on: 2008 October 12, 17:30:08
Yeah, I had a similar problem with CursorXP.  It used Ctrl+Shift+C for something, so I changed it to Ctrl+Shift+B and it fixed the problem. Smiley

Reinstall MSN Messenger?

Your cat is adorable, btw. Smiley
13  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Yet Another Breeding-Related Question on: 2008 August 09, 22:40:22
Does first-born syndrome always happen, or only sometimes?
When you start the game after saving and exiting, the game will automatically produce your firstborn, Baby #13.  So if you have your sim give birth, save, exit, and have them give birth again, they will have the same baby again.  I've had a family with 20 kids before I knew about the Lot Debugger's function, and each of them is a clone of the other.

Just to be clear - it's the personality that is cloned, not the appearance of the sim.

I've had both.  :/
14  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Yet Another Breeding-Related Question on: 2008 August 08, 21:01:46
Aww, damn.  It's too bad it's probably hardcoded into the game.  Sad
15  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Bon Voyage goes Buh-Bye on: 2008 August 08, 13:29:43
This happened to me when I got BV.  I opened it up and it "politely" informed me that Seasons had been uninstalled.  I reinstalled it, and it never happened again.

I don't see how tight pants could produce that much of an issue, however, you might want to make sure the suckrot is gone- it does produce said kind of issues.

Which brings me to the question WHY?!?!? won't they get a new anti-piracy program instead of forcing their customers to remove it for the sake of their computers?  That defeats the whole purpose of having anti-piracy software!

Would it be possible to convert the "Randomize Sim Generator" feature into a standalone neighborhood object that, when placed in a neighborhood, would run its function every time we loaded said 'hood?
DO WANT.
17  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: This one's weird on: 2008 July 29, 15:23:36
It's probably tight pants.

Why not just have them make something besides Spaghetti?
18  Ye Olde Simmes 2 Archives: Dead Creators / Ye Olde Syberspunke Archives / Re: Testers Wanted: Call Private School Phone Plug-in (Updated 11/7/2006) on: 2008 July 27, 17:57:33
I recently have installed Ikea, and I'm no longer getting the option for parents to enroll their children.

It worked okay yesterday (before Ikea).  The sim in question is Cassandra Goth, who has the "Got into Private School" memory.  She's trying to call the headmaster via cell phone to enroll her son Mortimer.  The option doesn't appear.

The only recent things I've done is install LordDarcy's fixes for Ikea stuff, and Arr'ed versions of The Sims 2 Store clothes, objects, and hair.
19  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Error with Cars on: 2008 July 26, 16:30:45
I have no garage/driveway hacks except for antiwatchout and a hack that keeps sims from using the garage door as a door.

The EAxis car worked.
20  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Error with Cars on: 2008 July 26, 16:05:40
Sorry about that.  Wrong log.
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Originally a "Power Outage" in the game? Could modders plz help get it back? on: 2008 July 26, 15:16:00
just like the burglar visit, BTW, how come the burglar has never visited any of my Sims so far? Is that the probability for that to occur is really really low? Tongue
I asked myself the same question, and it seems like I'm always getting a burglar. Undecided
Be careful of what you wish for.
22  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Error with Cars on: 2008 July 26, 14:53:18
My game is throwing an error when my sim leaves the garage in her car.
The car itself is custom, but I've never had any problems with it before.

At the time of the error I had all EPs, and SPs 1-6.

EDIT: Wrong error log.
23  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Question about breeding, CAS, and genetics on: 2008 July 23, 17:54:44
As far as I know, it does, just don't change the eye color, hair color, or skin tone, as it will revert back to homozygous (two copies of one color).
24  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Will this cause my game to Explode? on: 2008 July 23, 16:39:51
My best advice would be to back up your game and try it.  If you have a backup, there's no harm in doing so. Smiley
25  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Clothing tool problem on: 2008 July 22, 21:36:07
Tight Pants?
I remember reading on the Kitten Killer's forum that the Clothing Tool Globals conflicted with InteenB package.
If you have both of these, then you need to pick one or the other.

However, this may have NOTHING to do with your problem, especially if you don't HAVE the Kitten Killer.

I would recommend if this is the case to install Paladin's HCDU and do a scan.
