I was going to ask about this, eventually, when I remembered to. Thank you!

By any chance, am I meshing that set? ;D

Makes me wonder how much this is going to cost me. I only have one pair of lips!  ;D

Thank you for this.

This seems to work. I installed it, then played a house with two Elders in it for several hours. They broke the toilet only once, not the usual three or four times. I don't recall their shower breaking at all, and they're usually good for at least one such disaster every other Sim-day.

Did I mention I'm not too fond of Elders? Most of mine seem to suffer from constant constipation. I think what we need is a prune-hack.

Being one, I find the whole thing insulting to my generation!  I'm afraid I usually rejuvenate all mine in SimPE, they still look older, but they walk and talk normally and don't have this incessant need to go to the loo!  Plus they can get a normal job and satisfy their LTW!

I'm not quite an Elder yet (46). I'm in Maxis' apparent "twilight generation," which doesn't exist in the game. My kids are grown, but I don't qualify for retirement benefits yet.

I still find the Maxis concept of "Elder" insulting, though. I don't ever want to spend 45 minutes just taking a pee!

I think the programmer must have been about 18!  And probably doesn't even know anyone over 40!

Has it been determined whether the less-breaking plumbing hack is NL safe/compatible? It isn't mentioned anywhere on the official list.

I've been using it ever since I got Nightlife and it seems to work just fine without any unwanted side-effects. I also use bathroomusesyou and lizzlove's privacy mod and it doesn't seem to conflict with either one.

Of course, you can always buy the expensive car for your sims, then when they get the urge to pee, tell them to take a spin instead!  Seems to work for mine, although it just says energy!

Oh, and gnomon's flamingo of contentment still works fine (I did run it through SimPE before I used it just to be sure) and does help with elders.)  I've just put five of the townie elders into a retirement complex, and they really don't get the urge that often!  And they love going to the bowling alley or busking in the park!

The file was probably not re-uploaded after Hurricane Josh hit the site. It isn't in the Director's Cut either, so I've attached the package file to this post. I have OFB, and my game hasn't a sploded, so it should be safe for use in NL.

I have it in my OFB game too, and it works fine, and the Hack Conflict Detector doesn't find any problem with it.
