Well, it's definately buggy for me. Went back in to make sure I didn't overlook 'propose' on the menu for some reason.   Daily relationship is 100. Lifetime relationship is 73. The two-pawed-best friends icon is present, but still no 'propose - adopt pet' choice.     It was working fine for me before installing Seasons so....  something has gone wonky in my game somewhere.   This has happened on three different lots. One was in the freshly regenerated neighborhood

Since installing Seasons, I'm finding it impossible to adopt a stray pet. I've worked it until the sim became 'master' of the dog and still NO option to adopt the pet was available.    Thinking it could be a hack conflict or something, I generated a whole new Sims 2 folder with nothing added.  Still no option to adopt a stray no matter how high the relationship gets.  Another thing EA managed to bork?

It's the only doorbell-related hack I have in the game and someone can ring the bell all day without waking up my sims. So I guess it does fix it...lol

I use JM's doorbell_quieter package, so I had almost forgotten how annoying the door bell is, EA style.

As far as I know, they haven't put together a second pets patch yet. They're still working on it according to a post by a Maxoid on the BBS. 

LOL!  I got the insimenator long enough to un-do EA's mess too. The mistake I made was re-impregnating Sam with Peter. The demon spawn of 'whoever' were most likely a better-looking pair!    At this rate, I think the rest of the family will remain barren.

Instead of going through all the hassel of aborting the brats and then re-impregnating the mom, I may have planned a nice family tragedy as an alternative...lol!  These are two of the most butt-ugly toddlers I've ever seen. Actually almost worse than Malcolm Landgrabb's spawn!  One transitioned bald and the other with the almost bald hairstyle. Giving them some hair didn't help a whole bunch. 

Well, after she had the one twin, the father did not get the had baby memory. So I made the baby selectable and it did not show Peter as the father. As a matter of fact, it didn't show anyone as being the father. Also before having her try for baby when she still looked pregnant there was still no option to abort the pregnancy on the lot debugger. So yes, I believe it was a leftover demon spawn. lol

You'll find it in debug mode. I tried it on Samantha and got a bit of weirdness. Apparently it deleted her pregnancy token but.... She did not lose her pregnant body and she had the option to try for baby. I thought maybe she was just stuck like that for some odd reason, so I let her try for baby with her husband. I got the lullaby and then almost immediately, she got out of bed and gave birth... to ONE demon spawn...lol  Apparently the debugger only got rid of ONE of the twins.    Needless to say I exited without saving. Then for the first time in my life, I downloaded the insimenator, and did what Banglenuts did.  Now the demon spawn are gone and she's properly impregnated by her husband.

I also found out that lipstick, of the custom variety, would not go on her. But I did successfully get her to wear some Maxis lipstick.

Oh God... Haven't even gotten mine installed yet. Now I'm almost afraid to...lol!  I'm sure though it won't be long until someone squashes those annoyances!

It probably is another 'pets peeve'.    I hardly ever use rugs, so didn't really notice until this post was made. Now that I know, it bugs the living crap outta me! lol

Yep. I have that same problem with a few families that also started after installing pets. It's as if a lousy photograper took the picture and cut some of the members out of it. 

I had the EXACT same bug happen to me. I can confirm that the fix posted in the test section 'magically' fixed it.

This is probably a totally unrelated issue, but right before the stuck moveout, another sim in the house got invited on an outing. It was the first outing I accepted since installing pets. When the taxi dialog popped up, it was for a different sim than the one who got the original phone call.  I went ahead and sent her downtown anyway. The sim who did the inviting did not show up.
