Can't Slap Dance?

Would someone please take a look at this log and tell me what's going on? It's not a global issue; his companion--same lot, same local teacher, same time--learned how to dance with no problem at all.

This is the "Skill Overload Issue". I'm guessing this is probably an old sim, dating back to possibly NL or lower, maybe OFB, that has an overloaded dance skill due to the changes in how dance worked then and now.

To fix it, shift-click on a stereo and Set Dance Skill High. This should restore it to a legal value.
