2351  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Typical Playing Day? on: 2005 November 02, 04:44:09
I've been really into nationstates lately as well.  I started as a dictatorship, and have taken that to a very good level in the past week or so!  Being dictator kicks ass  Tongue

I get up at 5 or 6, depending on when I can drag myself out of bed.  I work from 7.00 - 4.30 at a car dealership, and then when I get home, I catch up on stuff and play in a window for a few hours about 3 days a week.

He already notified me that the extra $10 was required immediately to maintain my good standing here.  Tongue

JM - Canadian dollars, right?  Wink

Hellion will be even more evil than her daddy, if that's even possible.  I haven't had a chance to play with the family for the past couple of days, but after tonight, I have no Internet for a few weeks, so I will have lots of time to kick this challenge's ass!

Psst....Pescado - get ready, I am going to get a perfect score.  Tongue
2354  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How much is too much on: 2005 November 01, 19:20:37
Well I have a copy of the list at Posie's as well, and I posted it on the BBS.

Funny story with that.  I posted it on the BBS under my original name (gilmorefan) and then the other night I was on the other account (StupidityLeak) and someone asked for a list of download sites.  Not thinking about the different names, I just copy-and-pasted the list, and then got called a plagiarist for it!  Cheesy
2355  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How much is too much on: 2005 November 01, 19:10:15
I had a special folder in my favourites that I had a long list of free sites in, and I finally had to delete the list, since I couldn't take the pressure.

MUST. NOT. DOWNLOAD.  Wink

Thanks Motoki.  *refrains from using emoticon by presence of Nectere*

That is a great picture.  Grin  I think JM is on the right.
2358  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How much is too much on: 2005 November 01, 07:47:26
Once, I just deleted the entire Downloads folder (right before Nighlife), specifically so I could start over and properly organise them into sections.

It's sad that I got up to 900MB so fast.  Tongue
2359  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How much is too much on: 2005 November 01, 03:03:09
I know, mine are about 1.5 minutes, and I am impatient.
2360  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How much is too much on: 2005 November 01, 02:52:20
Well, KLGFCG - I can only say I better put my sunglasses on now, since I will probably see the flames from here.  Wink
2361  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Welcome, TwoJeffs! on: 2005 October 31, 15:46:48
Okay, my bad.  I saw it now.  Tongue
2362  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Any way to make car selectable again after turning on car stereo? on: 2005 October 31, 15:32:36
I had a car become not selectable for me and to be honest I am not quite sure what caused it but nothing I tried fixed it even force error reset. I just had to sell it, kaching myself the difference that it depreciated down and rebuy it. Sad

I had that happen on a community lot, and I sent my Sim home in a taxi only to have her car meet her there.  Huh
2363  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Another total mess on: 2005 October 31, 15:19:06
Oh wow, that sucks, Chris.

Good luck with it all.  Smiley
2364  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Welcome, TwoJeffs! on: 2005 October 31, 15:07:53
You know, some people just piss me off to no end.  Some twit named Dawnrider just had to go into Jeff's goodbye thread and spew verbal diarrhea.  I'm sure my reply to them will be deleted.  Angry

I went and didn't see his section there anymore.
2365  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How much is too much on: 2005 October 31, 09:03:37
Yeah, I'd say you have too much.  Unless you want your game to explode, I would start culling it back a little.  Wink

I have all of my downloads sorted into different sections, and then use the MTS2 Clean Installer to start removing some of it.
2366  TS2: Burnination / Planet K 20X6 / Re: The Email Challenge...Because Those Other Challenges Are Boring And For Wusses! on: 2005 October 31, 06:39:28
Well, so far so good.  Here's a picture of Hellion Pescado, daughter of J.M.

She inherited the nosebrow.  Grin

Well, that won't suit my entire neighbourhood of trampy, skanky elders, so I think I will pass on your recommendation.  Wink

Just kidding.  I will let you know if I run into any problems.
2368  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Looking for Elderly Mod..... on: 2005 October 31, 05:09:12
That sounds good, Motoki - I'm going to give it a go.  Smiley

Welcome TJ.  Grin

It's in testing right now apparently.
2371  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Cas Question on: 2005 October 30, 20:04:15
None of the parts show up in CAS?
2372  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Handy little bit of Headmaster trivia I learned today. on: 2005 October 30, 18:50:31
You have to call him a little earlier, considering he arrives at 5 pm.
2373  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Handy little bit of Headmaster trivia I learned today. on: 2005 October 30, 17:17:06
This is pre-Nightlife, and I haven't tested what all this chatting during meals does to your meal score.

Thanks, Hook, I'm sure that will be helpful for a lot of people.  Smiley  When I have run the headmaster scenario since NL, I didn't notice a dramatic increase in the meal score (I tend to always serve pork chops), but I did notice it in the schmooze score when they're chatting at dinner.  I always hate schmoozing (must be a rub-off from real life  Wink), so that was nice to see.
2374  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Anyone tried to add the "remote control car" in their Sim house since the patch? on: 2005 October 30, 17:06:33
When I first started playing, before I knew anything about the game, I put the RC car in a house, and the Sims wouldn't leave it alone.  Finally, I had enough of that, so I removed the car and never let them have another.  I was relieved of that when I read about the mass destruction it causes.

I never let them have myshuno either.  Or TV.
2375  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Handy little bit of Headmaster trivia I learned today. on: 2005 October 30, 07:46:05
I have my doubts.  However, like he said, why would he lie?  Undecided
