I believe the right term for the bed by rose is vomitous.
352  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: sc4 templates - i can has? on: 2007 May 17, 15:45:03
I thought I'd seen them on mts2! Well, that saved me a few hours of fruitless searching. I'd thank you but apparently that's currently out of style. Wink
353  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: sc4 templates - i can has? on: 2007 May 17, 15:22:54
Where can I find a 1x1 vacant lot? I've been interested for a while, but I don't know where to look. :z
354  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Which EP next? on: 2007 May 17, 14:05:07
No, you really want to buy this so you can smite the shit out of sims that annoy you. With the help of the batbox, of course. Wink

It took you how many days to find that macro & post it? Sheesh, slow down grampa, you'll give yoruself a hernia!
356  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Jump/No Action When Asking For Homework Help on: 2007 May 11, 01:57:21
Sorry, jolrei, I should have been more clear. I was addressing the OP, not the somewhat more streetsmart below. I was reading your replies to his/her thread and I figured I should check out the topic starter and I was absolutely floored by the total lack of anything by which to make an informed decision.

I apologise for the confusion, and any out-of-joint noses.

As for your problem, try grabbing the homework hacks from a different source (if you grabbed it from the thread, grab it from all hacks, vice versa) I have absolutely no idea why this is happening for you. I have read of a jump bug being producable with uni &/or nightlife, but I was given OFB, NL & Uni all at the same time so I experienced none of this myself. From what I read you don't appear to be doing anything wrong, thus me not responding to you in my last post.

Okay, before I go too much further, answer me these questions three five:

1) Did you read the manual that came with inteen & the flavourpaks?
2) Did you install all of the flavourpaks?
3) Did you install inteen & the flavourpaks in the one folder?
4) Which version of inteen did you download?
5) What expansion packs and stuff packs do you have?

With inteen, you really do need to make sure that the hacks you have are compatable with it. Check this list and see if any of the hacks you have are listed here as conflicting, and exchange them for the inteenimated versions, as those are designed to work with inteen.

Also, the pop-up saying your game was already up to date was saying that your BASE game was already up to date. I get that pop-up every time I install a new ep too. Cheesy
358  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Possible Conflicts...? on: 2007 May 10, 10:02:12
I love insim for one reason. Instant teleportation.

The brat podling wants to follow mummy on the next floor? bing, blue glow, she's there. Some idiot nanny put the kid on the only floor with no access to any of the toddler items for reasons only known to nanny logic? Bing, blue glow, and back to the skilling we go. The great god Floopy wants to know how deep the snow is? Bing, blue glow, now we know it's two toddlers deep.

Okay, so I'm a little obsessed with the sudden and easily accessable ability to move a sim wherever I want it. I like the other things available on the insim too, but the teleporting goodness is definitely a keeper.
359  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Mutual quiet divorce without trashing the relationship? on: 2007 May 10, 09:52:47
Cue the macro, I'm about to give kitten killing advice.

Inteen does cover this, and quite nicely too. You have the option to break up a lot earlier than you would normally with sims and you don't need to destroy a relationship to do it. I've seen the option in the seasons incarnation of inteen on sims with a daily relationship of 80, and a lifetime of about 50.

There are other hacks that take care of that, though I don't personally know what they are. If you are ONLY looking for the divorce thing, and not the other many functions of the hack, I would strongly recommend against inteen as it requires concentration to install correctly, & even a seasoned user can stuff it up if they aren't paying attention to what they are doing.

Naitali, I would like to give you a bit of feedback, although I am sure you have heard what I'm about to say from many directions already. So far I am seeing a great range of diversity & interesting faces with your template betas installed. I am pleased to say that in a new hood I have already noticed considerable improvements to the pleasantview-default townies. The faces are interesting & diverse without being cariacatures of racial prototypes. I have to commend you for the quality of your defaults thus far.
361  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Testers Wanted - Realistic Sickness on: 2007 May 07, 16:56:44
I'm just checking the first post & it seems to be the same version I originally downloaded that is here now.

I must just have insanley resilient sims then. Come to think of it, I do tend to have them cowering in fear of the smite button, perhaps they've built up an immunity to anything potentially lethal?

It may just be my game, because it sure as hell wasn't the Eaxis lot design keeping two of the three sims alive.
362  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Testers Wanted - Realistic Sickness on: 2007 May 07, 14:26:56
I'm impressed! How did you manage that? The best I managed was one death, which wasn't the pregnant woman - in a house of three - and this was with them taking care of themselves & me just watch & laughing.
363  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Deleting neigbourhood trees with SimPE? on: 2007 May 06, 02:37:15
I am seriously loving Dinktink's flat terrains on mts2, as mentioned above. I'm planning on using the flower one for uni when I get around to making a uni.

Why do I get the feeling that nobody's going to beat that duck?
365  TS2: Burnination / Planet K 20X6 / Re: May "More Awful Than You": Buttugly Brokeass Furniture on: 2007 May 04, 17:23:33
No, the worst of Buntah would be something that actually resembled furniture.

I'm referring to the desire to take experimental drugs to alleviate the pain as a measure of excellence.
366  TS2: Burnination / Planet K 20X6 / Re: May "More Awful Than You": Buttugly Brokeass Furniture on: 2007 May 04, 17:04:14
I vote for a best of Buntah catagory.
367  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Anyone want Enayla's Fanasty skins as Genetics? (Added Normal skins) on: 2007 May 03, 04:41:30
Oh no, I had no problems with the npc-available genetics showing up in CAS as something the game randomly rolled up - never a problem there, not even with the old versions. I just got confused about how the npc-available thing worked, mostly due to reading about how the npc-available skins weren't showing up under the custom button in CAS. When I downloaded the newly updated ones and they didn't show up, I assumed that if I'd got it right that they weren't working either and that you'd like to know.

Turns out I'd got it wrong and that they are working marvellously. I'm sorry for causing you concern, and I'm very grateful that both you & dewshine are both so incredibly helpful in sorting these things out, and that you did it in the first place.
368  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Huge recolour project on: 2007 May 03, 04:19:30
Frivolous, you say on your site that the sussi hair is no longer available, which isn't strictly true, since I got it through the booty - via a link from your website iirc. I downloaded it on the weekend.
369  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Huge recolour project on: 2007 May 02, 15:24:21
Thanks Frivolous. I wouldn't bitch so hard, but I need those damn recolours of yours. Cheesy
370  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: RandomStuff: Configurable "dice rolling" program on: 2007 May 02, 13:20:25
Gwill - you have a d20 necklace? /worships.

I have my favourite pointy dice in the bag on the desk beside me - they are two sets of uniques that came with the pound-o-dice bags we got ages ago.

Anyway, onto the topic. I usually roll 1d12 for the personality & 1d4 to see if I fiddle with it a bit (so not every aries is a neat freak sociopath).

I then roll 1d6 to determine aspiration (if it's family I roll again & if it's still family I stick with it. Well, most of the time.)

I then 1d4 to see if the fourth page of turnons & turn offs turns up (if it's a four, they like old wrinklies, lucky them), then 2d6 to determine the page ( 1-2 = page 1, 3-4 = page 2, 5-6 = page 3) to determine turn ons & turn offs.

Normally I'd be all for a random number generator, but that would mean my pointy dice would only get used when on a dungeon crawl. And that simply cannot be!
371  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Anyone want Enayla's Fanasty skins as Genetics? (Added Normal skins) on: 2007 May 02, 03:20:15
Thankyou. It was 5.30am when I finished downloading, so I thought I'd doublecheck because I was pretty sure that I wasn't doing it right.
372  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Anyone want Enayla's Fanasty skins as Genetics? (Added Normal skins) on: 2007 May 01, 18:57:19
Madame Mim, sorry to be a pain, but I'm a little confused about how best to use the npc-available skins. Am I supposed to download a genetic version AND an npc version or just the npc version?

If it is the latter, I'm still having trouble with the custom skins not showing up in cas except on the randomiser. If it's the former, just let me know & I'll go download the companion pieces.

And thanks for doing this - I cannot imaging how much work goes into this, but I do appreciate the results.

That highchair must be some sort of bondage fetishist's wet dream, to judge from the pictures.
